I truly enjoyed my stay. What stood out the most was the warm welcome and exceptional support from the staff. As a first-time visitor to Europe, I often needed directions and information, and every question was answered with patience, kindness, and clear explanations. Their willingness to help made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the genuine hospitality of the team made those minor shortcomings fade into the background. What I will remember most is not the facilities, but the people who made me feel welcome and cared for. Thank you for making my first European trip even more special. Why does the review not include a question on how well one sleeps? It is awful: 1) mattress too soft; 2) steamy hot, mainly because the window cannot be widely open, and small rooms crowded with too many people; 3) always someone snoring!

The hostel only provide mix dorm, there are 7 beds in the room but only 6 lockers there. Hair dryer is provided only on request and you have to pay 20dkk for it.

The location was perfect, room are too small than shown on the pictures , the reception were not that friendly timing check out

The location is unbeatable, but as a budget hotel, the amenities and space are limited.

The receptionist gave a very warm welcome, I love the fact that I get to meet a lot of people. Good for a solo traveller.

One of the best Hostelling international hotels I’ve been to so far, the Danes know how to do Hostelling right that is clean and comfortable. Very close to the museums
