tout s’est très bien passé. accueil courtois. belle chambre spacieuse et confortable. Seul petite critique s’il faut être honnête le prix de 20,50€ pour le petit déjeuner est disproportionné par rapport au prix de la chambre et à ce qui est servi. surtout qu’il y a un franprix juste en bas de l’hôtel... hormis cela, vraiment bon endroit pour séjourner.

Convenient location for business trips to La Defence area of Paris. Good breakfast and good facilities in room - apart from the lack of coffee creamer / milk. Not a great location for tourists unless you are looking to go shopping. During nighttime there are a few restaurants within walking distance in Courbevoie. The metro is a short walk of around 500m to the square and taxis can always be found at “the thumb” statue nearby.

This is an outstanding base if you are attending an event at Paris La Defense Arena! We stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen concert. It is an easy 20 minute or so walk in a pedestrian mall to the Arena. Try to get a room on the 12th floor or higher with a super view of Paris including the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur in the background. The staff is wonderful, especially the kind receptionist who gave our daughter a very nice stuffed animal as we left!

It wasn't too bad. I read the previous review and lowered my expectations, but it turned out the hotel was fine to stay at. I stayed in room 457; the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. There were no problems with the air conditioning, and the shower had great water pressure. The only thing they could do better is to consider placing complimentary bottled water in the room as a welcoming gesture. The buffet breakfast was average without many surprises. However, if you're traveling alone and don't want to leave your belongings at the table for a second helping of food, other guests might take your table since the staff members clean up your table so quickly. I suggest adding double signage like ”I still need this table” and ”I have finished my breakfast” to indicate if the table is vacant or not. I want to give a special shout-out to a front desk receptionist, Shmina. She has gone above and beyond to help me find my phone charging cable that I left in my room after checking out. She was proactive instead of just sitting there and waiting for a call from housekeeping. She took me up to the room and helped me find the cable. Well done, Shmina!

This is good hotel for overnight rest when visiting Paris. It is located quite close to a metro station so you can easily move wherever you need. Rooms are doing the purpose, not that big, but clean and comfortable. There is also a possibility of third bed for a child on request. Food diversity is very limited but it tastes excelent with fresh croisants on the meny each day. There is also a bar in the hotel where you can order pizza or sandwiches and have a drink. Check in and out is easy and stuff are helpfull and polite. Overall, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again on return to Paris.

We had a FABULOUS 3 day break in Paris, and this hotel didn't disappoint! We had two family connecting rooms which were absolutely huge!! so you'll have plenty of space all the usual hotel amenities coffee maker, fridge, minibar etc. Super comfy beds and excellent soundproofing/blackout curtains we heard nothing the whole time we were there and it was fully booked! The hotel is immaculate and staff were amazing. We celebrated a birthday while in Paris as a surprise and I had mentioned this to the hotel prior to arrival and they arranged some balloons and cake which was very much appreciated. THANK YOU Its about 45 mins from cdg airport. There is a metro station literally on this hotels front door so we were able to get to everywhere we wanted with ease. Have breakfast here too there is something for everyone with a huge choice! Vegan Gluten free Halal. The pancake machine was a firm favourite. There is a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city. We would most definitely book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay special.

This will be a full experience review incl. transportation to and from the hotel and surrounding amenities. Taking a train from CDG to La Defense was fairly easy to decipher. We elected to walk to the hotel since we didn’t have a ton of luggage and it took about 45 minutes. Alternatively you can try taking a bud or the L train which can reduce your walking time to about 15 minutes. An Uber is about 20€. It is my first time staying at an Ibis hotel. Entry was a bit confusing given that there are two similarly named hotels next to each other. When we were greeted, it was done quickly and courteously. We did not opt for the available breakfast nor did we ever step foot in the attached restaurant as there are plenty of great places around. The reception area is small but still fairly trendy with modern style furnishings and work areas. Like the other French hotels we stayed at we were only given 1 access card. A second would have been nice. The room was small as most in Paris are, but you didn’t come to Paris to sit in your room. There was a small TV, an enclosed bathroom with a small toilet and small stand up shower. The hot water NEVER stopped and the water pressure was great. They cleaned and restocked the bathroom daily so you don’t have to worry about that. The bed was comfortable enough and can fit 2-3 people comfortably. There was also a small TV. Unfortunately we had a view of the apartments behind the hotel and not of the river. Would have been nice for or honeymoon but can’t complain too much. The walls are admittedly fairly thin as we couldn’t always hear what our neighbours were up to but sometimes you could hear louder TVs or the washrooms being used. Access to all our daily activities was easy. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby just across the bridge on the island. Keep in mind restaurants work a little differently in Paris, tips are usually included in the price of the meal and they close in between lunch and dinner. Dinner service starts at 7pm. Smoker? Enjoy cigars here and there? There’s a Tobacco shop on the island as well open from 8am-8pm. Further past the island there is a beautiful rich neighbourhood you can walk through with plenty of shops and greenery. La defense is essentially a main station and you can reach most if not all of the activities of the city from there. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again given it’s fair price, accessible location and quieter area.

The hotel is situated within walking distance to LaDefense. It has a nice location and neighbourhood. The breakfast buffet was very varied and fresh and nicely served. Room/bathroom are very clean and decent. Maybe the shower (one side opened) might be too small for bigger people.

Un accueil hors pair ! un personnel de qualité, donc le patron lui même au boulot, un adjoint présent depuis plus de vingt ans, c'est très solide, ils connaissent tout de la région, sont vraiment disponibles et sympas, la vraiment bravo. Pour les chambres, c'est bien, on pourrait espérer un peu mieux en termes de confort, mais rien à dire. Sauf l'eau chaude qui arrive après ( mn de patience. Cela dit, un endroit très bien placé pour visiter Paris et accéder au transport.

We couldn't recommend it more! We're a family of four and stayed in one of their suites... just amazing in terms of amenities, room was good sized and beds super-comfortable! The location was perfect, in the heart of La Défense, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The Metro station is a part of the Paris Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) was also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff at Fraser Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sara, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We'll definitely be back next year...
