Lovely big hotel. Had a delicious 3 course dinner and a great all you can eat buffet breakfast, all included in the price. Hotel is a bit dated but bed and pillows were very comfy and bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with good water pressure. I would say the only thing that lets it down is that the car park is a bit small for the amount of rooms that the hotel has

開始看到差評很多有點擔心，去了發現也太划算了，房間很不錯，裏面有扇小門，小朋友超喜歡。 正好碰上了下雪，環境真的是太好了。 服務人員態度都很好，第一天沒吃早飯，第二天點了15磅一個人，還是直接在平台定合算一點。 位置比較偏，適合自駕前往。

Lovely experience at the spa with Sharon and Julie. I enjoyed my mini facial with Julie. Very relaxing and hydrating. The ladies were hugely accommodating and friendly. The hotel staff in general provided great customer service, the food was excellent and the ambience matched it. We'll definitely be coming back!

Booked 2 nights in this hotel but only stayed 1 and wasn’t cheap ..reception area looks lovely and so does the bar and restaurant but the room was not so much ..first entry smelled fusty or like wet dog had to open windows to get smell out .tea and coffee spoons were still dirty with coffee on them from last guest.. .bathroom bin still had last guest rubbish in it ..table and glass shelf’s could write your name on the dust.. bed sheet had makeup on it like lipstick my wife doesn’t wear makeup.. went to reception and said they would send cleaner in but all they did was empty the bin ..bed was solid and woke up sore ..breakfast was the worst ever everything cold apart from sausage that bit of heat even when they just brought them out .

Very welcoming and lovely place. I throughly enjoyed my spa weekend. I can’t complain at all the place was lovely clean and room was spacious and delightful. I had room 256 was a lovely walk got lost twice big long corridors. The prices are not any different from anywhere else that’s a hotel the food is lovely and well presented. I had afternoon tea absolutely delightful. Brekkie was amazing help yourself to all you can eat. Used the gym and all the equipment was plenty and easy to use all the equipment I would use at my local gym but definitely in better condition than mine. The pool area was lovely no complaints. I will be back absolutely fabulous. Maybe some decor could be updated but I didn’t find it too tired and over priced. Thanks to all the lovely welcoming staff and keep up the good work.

Came for an overnight for my mums birthday. The frozen daquiris were fab ! We had a steak dinner and it was cooked to perfection. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Elaine in the bar was very informative and attentive. Happy to chat away and served us with a smile. Thanks Elaine! We had a facial and back neck and shoulders massage from Louise & Emma. The girls were great ! Made us feel welcome and at ease. Thank you.

I recently stayed in the Doubletree Glasgow Westerwood hotel for one night, on the way to Northern Scotland. While the reception staff were helpful, as I opened the door of the room, it was disappointing to see the room was not properly clean. The bedside table was dusty and the side of the bed had not been wiped. The shower was also fixed head and had very low water pressure which was not ideal after a long day travelling. There was little noise which was good, and the breakfast in the morning did contain local produce including Haggis which was good to see. Unfortunately, the rest of the hot breakfast items were cold and looked fairly unappealing. Staff were generally helpful which is good, but the room and breakfast were not as good as I hoped for.
