Hotel Cuzco dengan Sarapan

Cusco, Peru was the first leg of our first trip to South America and the Palacio del Inka hotel/spa made our first week so memorable. Months in advance prior to our arrival, Emerson and his fellow colleagues on the concierge team worked with us to select tours/excursions (through their travel agency partner Venturia) that were right in line with what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the hotel’s check-in process was both efficient and welcoming and everyone on the staff (including the GM) came out to greet us. The bar and restaurant staff learned and used our first names all week and that really made us feel at home. Plus, the food and cocktails were both top notch! The bartender also gave a terrific pisco sour making lesson while we were there. Make sure you ask about that activity! The hotel is beautiful and this property has one of the best Luxury Collection hotel spas that I’ve ever been to (a great variety of treatments and water therapy stations). The former mansion that this hotel now resides in also has a rich cultural history and a wonderful collection of artwork so please take their property tour while you are there…you’ll be glad you did. Overall, I want to say that every aspect of the Palacio del Inka experience was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it for your stay in Cusco.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. The staff is extremely helpful and were able to book several taxi rides for us (all of which showed up at the right time) while we were there.

We liked the hotel very much as they were very well organized and professional. Location is the best, 5 minutes from plaza de armas and from all other major attractions. Room was clean, extra heater was inside the room, bathroom was clean and everything worked perfect. As we had our room on the inside, our room was also quiet and no traffic could be heard. Breakfast is very diverse and it even starts from 4am...you can have a snack before you leave for a trek. Totally recommend!

Empezaré detallando las cosas positivas de este hotel, lo primero es la vista, wao! Impresionante!! El personal es muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La instalacion en general es limpia y organizada. La ubicación es excelente, el centro de Cusco queda a muy pocos kilómetros, podrías ir hasta caminando. Ahora, de las cosas negativas: el inodoro estaba defectuoso, de hecho en ocasiones tuve que tomar el zafacón de basura (vacío) llenarlo de agua y bajar el inodoro, porque a pesar de dar la queja, acudieron pero no pudieron solucionarlo. La iluminación de la habitación es muy pobre, y esto hace que tengas que esforzar la vista. El desayuno podría mejorar, nos quedamos 5 días, y solo desayunamos 2 días porque no había variedad. Las habitaciones deberían tener calefactores, nsos cedieron uno portátil pero no era lo suficientemente útil para el frio que hacía. El agua caliente no siempre estaba disponible. Las ALMOHADAS!!! nunca había sentido unas almohadas tan duras, en verdad, duramos 3 días en esa condición y luego se nos prendió el bombillo de solicitar unas más cómodas. Al lado del hotel transcurre un tren, y a las 6 de la mañana empieza a tocar bocina y el ruido es bastante molesto. En general, es un hotel para pasar una noche, pero no para ir a descansar.

The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

В очень хорошем месте, багаж можно оставить бесплптно на хранение, завтрак конечно не богат, но мы оставались на ночь, покушали яичницу, бутики, бананы, кофе. фен на ресепшене. на фото выглядит лучше чем в живую, но для этой цены на самом деле нормально. НО оооочень холодно!!!!!! ( но это везде так, как я понимаю) и чттбы принять душ надо спускать воду 5-6 мин)

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es bonito. Ya que, para la mayoría de excursiones en Cuzco es necesario levant**** pronto, quizás el desayuno frío que se proporciona podría ser algo mejor.
