The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

We have had a lovely stay at this hotel! We were greeted with warm tea upon arrival and were upgraded to the most luxurious room we have ever stayed in! The staff here are so warm and attentive. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was a complimentary coffee tasting with Santiago who is truly a master of his craft and gave us some good tips of things to do to round out our stay in Cusco! We have passed several of the other hotels we were considering and have no regrets about choosing this one. When we visited the Santo Domingo monestary we were happily surprised to note that a lot of the art displayed (that you cannot take pictures of) is casually hanging on the walls of this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

There are many beautiful places to stay in Cusco, but this is truly luxurious and unique. Set in a historic building, the layout and organization of the hotel is spectacular. There are multiple courtyards to explore, wonderful public spaces to absorb the history and splendor, and an amazing staff with warm, Peruvian hospitality happy to serve you. There are beautiful scenes to take in at every turn, and the guest rooms are grand and inviting. We stayed here for two nights, so were able to spend leisure time enjoying the property. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was outstanding.

Fiquei dois períodos. De duas e três noites. A entrada é feia. A localização é razoável. O primeiro período, no quarto 506: horrível. Não aceite. Quarto interno e sem privacidade. Ao lado do refeitório (as pessoas ficam conversando até altas horas e incomodam bastante). Cama pequena. Queríamos abandonar de tão ruim. Ficamos porque mal permanecíamos lá e não podíamos mais cancelar. Faltou água (obras da prefeitura?). Chuveiro era difícil de regular (quente/frio). Papel higiênico de má qualidade. O segundo período no quarto 509 foi melhor. Tinha janela externa e a cama era king size. Apesar de também próximo ao refeitório, o isolamento acústico funcionava melhor. Outra critica: disponibilizavam kit lanche para quem saía cedo fazer excursão. Acontece que não ofereciam. Somente descobrimos ao ver outros hóspedes recebendo. Ou seja, recebi apenas uma vez, sendo que poderia ter tido essa vantagem em outras 3 saídas de madrugada. O café da manhã é pobre, mas comemos apenas uma vez. Nas outras saímos antes do início. Os recepcionistas são gentis. O preço realmente é bom.

Just excelent hotel. Very confortable. The location is nice, little walk to the Plaza de Armas. The crew is formidable. Just amazing how they treat us well. So well that we stayed more time than reserved first. Big room, big beds, e bathroom. Breakfest is good.

Front desk people are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable. Price was so affordable. I had to catch a very early bus and the front desk clerk offered packing breakfast for me. I declined as that would cause too much work on him. But it was very kind for him offering that. Can’t complain anything about this place.

It was an excellent hotel in Cusco. Very close to the central square around 10 to 15 minutes (if you don't want to walk you can take a taxi for 6 soles) Quiet, safe, clean, and confortable place. They offer a very delicious continental breakfast, there is tea infusions on the 1st and third floors. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have: like places to visit. very confortable beds to rest specially after we come back from the rainbow mountain and Lake Humantay. Price is affordable and fair, I recommended very much, it was a nice stay while visiting the georgous city of Cusco. Thank you hotel Casa Real! I had a great experience! I'm definitely coming back to this place.
