Only good thing is the location The room has no shampoo, only a bath soap. Window has no curtain, and there is a window at the ceiling, around 6am the room become so bright. And the sound proofing is so bad. I can even hear someone sneezing in few rooms away. I was woken up around 4am everyday because I guess someone woke up early for the tour.

La ubicación es perfecta!! Está cerca del barrio San Blas. Es mejor si piden habitaciones de la planta alta porque tiene una vista hermosa.

Francisca and Edgar were wonderful and very helpful hosts! They went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. Would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful, small hotel is close to Plaza de Armas and all restaurants and shops.

The location of this mom and pop hotel is fantastic, very close to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very helpful and attentive and will make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. It was very easy to book a trip to Machu Picchu through the hotel and it went off without a hitch. The view from our room was amazing (see photo)

Our stay at Casa de Mayte was incredible! The staff are very welcoming and speak good English. The front desk can help you plan and book your tours and guides very easily. The views from the 4th floor were just breath taking. You get to wake up to the sight of Cusco and its beautiful mountains every day! The place includes a delicious breakfast, nice fluffy beds, wifi, and everything else you might need. I fell in love with this place and would definitely be coming back soon! Much thanks :)

Everything was really good. Helpful people assisting with tours and everything needed for a great experience. Hotel is about 6 minutes walking to the Plaza de Armas. There are many restaurants in the area. I can really recommend this place

Amazing and very accommodating . For the price you are paying and you get breakfast. There is also coca leave tea every morning . Very close to everything in town. Would stay again . Very friendly staffs!

They sent my senior citizen mom and aunt to a 4th floor room. When I booked it, it didn’t mention facility being a 4th level home nor I was booking up there. No customer service or empathy.. never again

Casa Mayte is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of Cusco! The staff is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, the only but we have is that there’s no noise cancellations in the room! You can hear everything outside your room 😅

It was a good stay, we was able to sleep well. For sustainability recommended to have soap in a dispenser instead of bar of soap. It is an American Breakfast do not expect to much :) But was enough to satify the hunger in the morning. You can get Coca Tea free. Up the Room on 3rd Floor you have a view to the City. Staff was always friendly and is available 24h. Storage of luggage was not a problem. You can walk up to some restaurants, on the same level or down to the centro historico - There are many choices.

Very cute little guest house. Rooms were small but clean and cozy. It was cold when we arrived but they provided extra blankets and heaters. Breakfast was very simple but nice enough. Lovely helpful people. They can also organise tours for you which is very handy.
