Mercy Emerald Hotel

Overall, the hotel was good—good location and friendly staff. Brian, in particular, was very energetic and always willing to help; a big thanks to him! However, I was disappointed with the towel situation. They asked me to pay 100,000 VND for laundry because my towel turned slightly pink from my hair, even though laundry services typically charge only 25,000 VND per kg. Charging 100,000 VND for one towel seems excessive, especially since I could easily wash it with soap. Even on the last day of my stay, when the towel turned pink again, I washed it in the sink with hand soap, and it became clean . Because of this issue, I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel. The price is very reasonable. It just happen that I think they missed our booking, so when we arrived late, our special request was not granted. They tried to be nice though throughout our stay. The breakfast is good for the price.

Pleasant experience to stay at this place. Staff is super cool. Managing people are there for you all this time. All the people here are just nice. Breakfast is quite well. Some things just for your request. Location is like one minute from the beach. WiFi is just working as you may expect. Just one thing. Smell in the bathroom.
