Absolutely beautiful hotel, directed heavily to Chinese customers. The service was very very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed and were extremely nice and polite, always smiling which is something I don't see here often. The views from the room were incredible, everything was very clean and the hihh tea was very nice.. Some things I would improve, breakfast... I definetely not up to the price.
And I was quite surprised by the amount of people taking photos, if I wouldn't have booked a room with private view and terrace I wouldn't have been really annoyed by the people having photoshoot at all times ruining the view. But that doesn't take from the experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent. 這是我們目前住過最滿意的民宿，衞生乾淨，服務非常的好，房間裝修上檔次。入住前一天客服就提前跟我們聯繫，到古鎮會有電瓶車接我們，全程幫我們搬行李，下午茶不錯，建議大家提早到，可以慢慢在陽台欣賞美景，接着我們到了樓頂拍照，非常出片，有秋千鋼琴和天空之鏡。雙廊古鎮是我們在大理體驗最好的，景色很美，人不算多，感覺一切可以慢下來。建議大家晚上可以連一下房間的馬歇爾音箱，音質非常好，可以邊聽歌邊泡茶。早餐很不錯，慶幸的是我們航班延誤了，可以悠閑的享受完早餐，臨走時我們都念念不舍。

非常乾淨非常新！很乾凈！店有中規中矩大小，訂了房間之後管家小星從接待到入住都非常非常的體貼且熱情全程隨叫隨到，介紹房間設施東西和服務～因為入住晚免費為我們申請了其他房型！本來定的是獨立面海的房間 升級為了測海大房間！更喜歡測海 測海的風景也不差！很喜歡管家小星的服務，早餐那些都有很貼心的問 需不需要～！店應該是最一年開的 非常的乾淨 很新很喜歡，店樓下就是雙廊街道附近的吃的也不貴也好吃很方便走！可以去找找好吃不貴的店家～酒店的免費早餐也非常好吃！米線很香香😋再次感謝管家 不然就錯過又好吃又免費的米線了！前台的糖也很好吃 走的時候還抓了一把帶走吃哈哈哈😆

酒店位置佳，零距離觸摸洱海，緊挨網紅西餐廳木夕大理，世外桃源落日餐廳，山繭咖啡，性價比極高（旁邊就是明月松間，可以去看看房價），我們訂的側面海景房，自帶室外小露台，房間內也有看海小陽台，贈送下午茶、有飲品、水果和阿姨現做的米奇頭米糕，這個米糕相當好吃，我們還多要了一份，房間有酸奶、晚上還有睡前牛奶，早餐是一人一份那種，小巧但搭配也很合理，碳水、蛋白質，維生素都有。服務也好，入住之前加了經理的微信，幫我們安排了接送的車輛，店裡的小楊哥和小胖哥也非常nice，態度好，有耐心，有問必答，有求必應。下次還會選擇入住的。

Amazing place, ideal location overlooking the Erhai lake and at center of old town. Rooms are clean, well kept and hygienic. Our butler “ Bear “ was the best, he was always available, organized everything from picking up our luggage to organizing photo shoot ( the photographer was very nice and kind ) he guided us with local site seeing and organized an SUV for further travel too. Thank you “Bear”and the hotel staff who ware very nice too for making our stay memorable. China and Chinese people are amazing.

早飯：每天都會提供早飯從8點~10點，然後可以在外面吃，也可以端到屋裡麪吃。早飯非常非常的豐盛，都是民宿自己準備的，拍照好看，也很好吃。一般是有兩種早飯，一種是大米粥加上一些雜糧主食，另一種是米線和紅薯。我覺得兩種都非常非常的好吃，也很健康！
酒店環境：酒店裡麪是有不同的房間，我們的房間是在一層，親水露台景觀海景雙床房。外面直接能看到洱海，房間裏面是有觀景台的，觀景台外頭是有玻璃的，下面就是洱海，中間不隔馬路，比一些其他地方的那種觀景房要好，性價比比較高，腳下就是洱海。然後其實也可以選擇二層的那種非海景房，因為酒店的大廳裏面其實是有一個公共區域的觀景台，有秋千。
周邊環境：距離雙廊古鎮非常的近，走路就直接過去了。然後雙廊古鎮也有很多咖啡廳，酒吧，還有一些當地的特色，就跟其他的古鎮差不多，但是我覺得雙廊古鎮相比於大理古城喜州古鎮來講是最舒服，最好逛，也是最不商業化的一個古鎮。也比較推薦住在這裏吧。但是大理古城呢就非常非常的商業化，而且整個街道非常的亂，所以説其實大理古城那邊並不很建議住。而且那邊的民俗比較嘈雜，雖然沒住，但是感覺從價格來看，那邊兒就不是太好。
服務：服務還是比較熱情的，從最開始的接送機（接站送機太貴了，自己打車比較方便！）到剛一進房就會送一些水果，免費提供熱水什麼的。而且民宿的店長也非常好。有一天上午實在沒事兒幹，店長還給我們泡茶，喝這兒的普洱茶，也跟我們講一些大理怎麼玩兒啊之類的，感覺就在民宿待着聊聊天也特好，反正就是整體來説相處非常好。
設施：基礎設施都很齊全，所有的東西不需要自己準備，一切提供都很妥當。剛進來的時候會有水果，然後每天也都有兩瓶礦泉水。
衞生：很乾凈。連續住很多天，每天也都會有阿姨來打掃房間，也不會被阿姨亂動，對於衞生還是很滿意的。而且雲南的蟲子其實也不是很多。
住了四天，很滿意！

We spent two days doing the er-hai lake tour. First day the east side, second day west side. And this is the accommodation we choose to stay at shuanglang area. Very convenient location - walkable to all shopping area in shuanglang. We got the family room for 4 pax and we had a very comfortable stay. If there’s a gym, it will be perfect. Enjoying complementary high tea in the room was awesome. But breakfast was chaotic, I couldn’t find a clean table to sit. They ran out of utensils. And all the staff were busy doing their own things to even notice these. Perfect your operations esp on how breakfast manpower is being allocated and this hotel will be perfect. Also, we got stopped three times from entering the hotel because outsiders are not allowed. They were polite, but nonetheless a very districting experience. Trying to personalise your experience with an assigned butler and all, but the constant reminder that you don’t actually belong here. They don’t even remember your face. 😆
All in all, stay here if you have a night in shuanglang. Convenient location, comfortable room, awesome view, nice high tea, free service to bring luggage from carpark to hotel.

I like slightly quirky hotels and this is one. Unusually shaped room, very large windows with a welcomed sea and sunset view. There are garden spaces within the hotel and it all leads to a pleasant feeling. Good feng shui.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially when I was locked out of wechat. They ordered a taxi for me.
I stayed an additional night.

TT.Fab’s ExplorationsThe service was really good they were very helpful, I needed assistance with getting a car to my next hotel and they helped me to get one, the hotel location is very convenient for travel, there are a lot of shops and restaurants to eat and it’s close to the ancient city about 5-10mins walk. It’s also close to the hospital to do covid test, there are many car rental places close by you can get a driver or rent a car to use while you are there. My only concern was that they pictures were not the same as the hotel, the pictures are really picture and looks as if everything is new but it’s not they rooftop needs to be repaint with all the things their it would look so beautiful for photography, it still can be used and you get nice pictures but it needs to be repaint, the rooms was nice but it wasn’t clean the bathroom is a mess and full of mold, my only concern about this hotel was cleanliness if it was clean and well kept with all the things available there it would be somewhere suiting, there is a pool but it is not convenient to swim in only to take photos. I think this hotel is more for you putting in a fake show cause it’s nice for photography but not for comfort that’s only if you find comfort in places that’s aren’t clean and well kept. But I do have to give the host their flowers they were really great and that’s a big thing in customer service so if you can disregard the dirty areas then it would be a good place to stay and I would recommend.oh I decorated the bathtub myself went out and got those to take photos and I also found a fork in the bed 😂😂😂

PPengguna Tetamu這是我這幾年住過最有家味道的民宿了，一家人非常熱情，整個入住過程也是非常愉快切放心，首先下車老闆就會親自過來帶路，位置也很好找下車走幾步就到了，老闆和老闆娘都會搶着給我們接行李，並一路帶我們到民宿辦理入住登記完，還會貼心的幫忙把行李拿到房間，介紹房間裏的小度智能控制，空調使用，wifi密碼等，真的是貼心到家了，其次映入眼簾就是房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，老闆娘也是有問必答，推薦各種好吃的和各種怎麼玩更有性價比也不會踩坑，從來沒有過這麼滿意的入住體驗，推薦！推薦！推薦！真心不錯😌

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.

PPengguna Tetamu已經推薦給朋友，超出想象的好，管家服務秒殺星級酒店，房間乾淨，下雨，但是從落地窗看出去太舒服了，還有晚安銀耳湯，特別囑咐海邊蚊蟲多，注意關好門窗，之前住過的一家連鎖，誰管你怎樣，確實很貼心，到停車場管家過來接我們，不用我們自己拉行李，很方便，很用心，不算個啥，早餐很好吃，玉米跟米線牛奶都很喜歡，小哥哥説是本地客房姐姐早上從牧場拿出來的，簡直不要太好喝！而且訝為啥會有那麼好吃的米線在這家酒店裡！嘎嘎香，吃完小哥哥過來問我要不要加米線，我很果斷的把碗推給了他，哈哈哈哈~總之不管是房間的設施設備，還是服務都超級好，這趟大理來的太值了

We stayed one night in August (Summer).
Pillow, blanket and bed were comfortable.
Toilet was humble.
Very kind and hard working hotel owner (well dressed and handsome too). He was very communicative, we added him on WeChat and he gave us detailed instructions and picked us up at the fork road, carried our luggages and walked us to the accommodation.
The accommodation is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main road where cars are allowed to drop off. We had huge and heavy luggage. We are extremely grateful that the owner lugged our luggage to the accommodation under the hot sun for us. He upgraded our room, and helped us to book a reliable driver to lijiang. He gave us tips on where to have breakfast and rent buggy. He also helped to liaise with the driver and carried our luggage to the car!!! It's 34 degrees Celsius here at the moment. We are so so grateful. Wishing the owner great success!
Recommendation:
1. Stay on the second floor onwards (less noisy and able to see the lake better)
2. Explore the track before the sun rises above the mountain (ard 6am). Walk 700m left of accommodation to book your vehicle. This will ensure you have enough vehicles to choose from, less crowded, avoid extreme UV, cooling weather, and get to Xin di cafe at a good time for breakfast!
3. Night time order meituan to accommodation so you can enjoy the view and eat at the comfort of your place. Couldn't find good and reliable restaurants around the area.
4. Manage expectations, there are bugs near the lake. Close the window at night.

DDuWhatuloveMy goal was to wake up every day and open my window and step outside and enjoy the view. I think I accomplished this staying here.
Area : It’s located in a village near the city center 20 minutes and about the same to the ancient town. It’s per dominantly a Muslim town , so you will find lots of BBQ and Halal eats. Also shops for simple basics are available. The town comes alive after 5:00 pm.
Food : You can order Weimai like McDonald’s and KFC for example, nothing western around. We got breakfast daily, as you can see it’s a set menu. But we enjoyed it , the options were plenty. Also, every afternoon they brought an afternoon snack , super nice and a great touch.
Room / Hygiene: The room we picked had the balcony, it was spacious the bed was comfortable. The stand alone bath was clean, and the bathrooms as well. Toiletries and slippers provided. The hotel can use some changing or cleaning of rugs and dust a bit on the corners. Over all it was good.
Transport : You need to get a taxi to go places , or take the bus. Not sure if it’s because it’s summer but getting a taxi was not very pleasant. I took the bus #2 in front of the village to go to the mall. Easy 2 RMB you can use your apple map.
Customer Service : The customer service was nice , the ladies were helpful in finding a place for COVID test. Our last day they arranged a driver , it was hard to get transportation.
Over all , it was a nice stay I only picked this hotel due to the view. If you want more action stay near the ancient town.

RrobynwhaleyThis hotel is more like a flat, it's in a block of flats meaning cars can't pick you up from the door, you have to walk outside of the community. The view is gorgeous and the hotel will pick you up from the railway station and guide you to your room. It's on the opposite side of the lake to the attractions, which we didn't mind as it was nice and quiet and gives you a different view of the lake. The room is decorated with a lot of tacky toys, literally Teddy bears on the bed like a child's room, if they were gone it would be nicer.
