Hotel situated uphill, with mountain at the back and forward facing erhai lake. Room quality is top notched, shower and tap water is powerful. Hotel amenities are fully provided with moisturizing lotion available. Teapots with tea leaves are available. A once off food and drinks stored inside the fridge were provided for the guests, included were yogurts and fruits. Breakfast provided were simple but delicious, there is no limit on how much you can eat. Staff were friendly, recommended to use WeChat for easy communication with the hotel staff and services. Free car ride to the entrance of the Dali Ancient town up to 11pm. Ride to other destinations are available with some charges. Overall experience was really satisfying.

首先説明，不是託哇🥰🥰🥰入住的時候忘了拍照了。在大理古城悠然一隅，南門旁隱匿着一家令人印象深刻的民宿，它不僅僅是一個休憩之所，更是旅途中一抹温馨而難忘的記憶。民宿是新開的，各方面都很完善。老闆人很好，在4路公交車到南門站後，可以聯繫老闆出去接人，挺近的。來的時候在下雨，老闆娘主動提過行李。入住流程也比較簡單，不用按金。雖然沒有空調，但在七月這個炎熱的季節，在大理確實不用空調，還要蓋厚被子嘞。首先，談及衞生，客房都打掃得一塵不染，床鋪潔白松軟，彷彿能洗凈旅途的疲憊；衞生間更是光潔如新，最最最最重要的是是我不慎將廁所弄堵的小插曲，店家非但沒有絲毫怨言，並且堅持不收取任何費用，這份體諒與包容，讓人倍感温暖與安心。服務方面，民宿其熱情周到贏得了每一位住客的心。從入住前的細心解答，到入住後的貼心關懷，無論是旅遊諮詢還是日常需求，他們都能迅速響應，提供超出預期的服務。這種賓至如歸的感覺，讓遠離家鄉的我們也能感受到家的温馨。交通位置更是無可挑剔，緊鄰大理古城南門，步行即可穿梭於古城的石板路間，感受千年的歷史韻味；同時，周邊交通網絡發達，無論是前往洱海邊欣賞日出日落，還是探索周邊的自然風光，都極為便利。至於設施，房間內配備了現代化的設施，如wifi，確保住客在享受古韻的同時，也能體驗到現代生活的便捷。總之，這家民宿，她的衞生標準、貼心的服務、便利的交通位置以及完善的設施，成為了我在大理旅途中最為美好的一處驛站。尤其是面對突發狀況時的慷慨解囊，更是讓人印象深刻，強烈推薦給每一位嚮往大理的旅人。看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望。最後就是酒店可以寄存行李贊贊贊

So far Atour hotels were the best in my China trip. The room was very large and fancy looking, and had everything I needed, from a very comfortable bed, to a minibar full of bottles of water, coke, cold tea and some snacks, as well as tea and coffee for hot brewing (all included and replenished daily). The location is fantastic in my opinion. just a couple minutes walking distance from the no. 4 bus stop (from the train station, though I do not suggest it since it has like 35 stops along the way), as well as 5 minutes walk from the ancient city. got a small supermarket across the alley with a nice old lady that treated me to a baked cookie of some sort. 3 minutes walk down from the parking lot there's places where you can rent e-scooters if you're into road trips in Dali (and you should be). Also quite close to the Cangshan main Cableway. Breakfast was not the most fancy I've seen, but still had everything, was fresh and tasty. eggs, bacon, salad, croissants, fresh salad(!) and a variety of Chinese foods. 4/5 for Facility because yet again, no working AC (probably by design). This time around it was actually not hot at all in my room so it was okay but I'd still like for some air circulation and there was none. If you're not into Inns and want a quality quiet stay close to everything, look no further.

Ideal location just metres away from the west gate. Owners helped us arrange for a car and driver to take us around Erhai lake. Very helpful and proper in communication via WeChat Do be aware that the men smoke like chimneys :-) but then many people smoke in China.

Great location that is just 1min walk from Boai Gate of Dali Ancient Town, hotel also provide free luggage pick up as public transport cannot enter. Good breakfast spread. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Ancient Town itself.

Hidden gem (stay) found in Dali! The interior and exterior of the b&b was superb, with a lake at the patio and several seats to chill on! The room was very cozy, equipped with all required amenities (with a Dyson hairdyer!). Balcony view overlooking the patio was also great, with a sneak peek of mountain. Location of the b&b was really good too, with a short 7 minutes walk to Dali Ancient City. The place was quiet, with eateries and convenient store nearby. It was quiet at night as compared to stays in Ancient City where they will be some tourist crowd. Overall, GOOD!

Location is good but for those who drive and need parking space, this place is a nightmare. The road is very narrow and always pack with tourists and motorists, u will get stuck and won’t be able to shift yr car at all. We had problem locating the hotel, one of the staff came to lead us and help carry our luggage to the third floor. But when we check out, we couldn’t find anyone around, end up we had to bring down the luggage ourselves. Room cleanliness can be improved as I can find strands of long hairs on the floor, water stains on the shower panels.

The room is just nice for us. Clean and neat. The guest service is quiet but super helpful and patience. Location is just nice, restaurant and mini market downstairs. Just 15 mins relax walk to Ancient Town. The unit is in front of road, so super convinience if you plan to take taxi or bus. I will recommend this to my friend and next visit!

It's such a wonderful experience for me and my wife accommodating in Passing-cloud Resort. It's built magnificently with the beautiful design in the town. A special room was chosen celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was decorated with the red rose petals on the bed. How's romantic. Their professional team demonstrates high level of dedication and commitment, and as always go beyond and above (for examples, sending us a wedding cake, providing us travel guidance, recommending us good dining places, connecting us to their manager in the Shangri La, etc.) For us, it's more than a high-ranking resort, it's truly made us feel a home with love and care. 再次感谢大管家阿娟、冰冰、阿牧及泊心云舍的每一位员工。
