Our card was charged before check-in, though clearly the booking terms with *********** indicated otherwise. As soon as my husband pulled onto the property, he was approached by a female who asked if he wanted to pay for sex. My husband didn’t check in after this. When we called, the desk person, Angie, was rude and said we would need to speak with the manager about a refund tomorrow, but that a refund would not be available. When asked the managers name and a good time to call, Angie refused to give either. Save your money! Trip Advisor, you should remove this property from your listings, as it’s practices do not meet your usual higher standards.
