I spent a very nice time in Seashells. I have to say they made me feel like family here. The general manager Massawe is very professional and takes care of any single detail. The room was very confortable and clean. All the workers are very polite and ready to give the best of them. The food is pretty good, Ajay the Chef is a five start professional, he is the top. I know after three months I'm leaving brothers and sisters at Seashells. I LOVE ALL OF GUYS. From the front desk to the lobby bar, the restaurant, housekeeping....Christian, Lili, Steve Masawee.Rose, Charles...👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌❤

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

內景房間潮濕，衣服洗三天都幹不了，照不到任何太陽下，也看不到所謂內景，房間衛生還可以。房間大小也可以。Karambezi restaurant 餐廳的海鮮不錯，甜品也不錯，環境不錯，早餐可看海！泳池也乾淨，健身房設備也算可以，服務員服務不錯，邊上還有******，如果帶家人來，一定一定要看海，那就太絕了，晚上可聽海白天可看海，早晚餐可看海

CBD is centrally located in the heart of the city center so close to most services and public transport. The hotel’s services and staff were also very commendable: kind and friendly stuff all the way from reception to every single service. Some of my new friends there include Faith and IDDI.

Location is very convenient and accessible to city centre. Rooms are much comfortable and spacious. Staffs are cooperative and professional. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and local fruits. Infinity swimming pool is also amazing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was amazing and spotless, air-conditioned with cable TV. The cleaning staff went above and beyond there duties and made us feel special and very welcome every day. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. We ate in the hotel restaurant most nights and the food was exceptional every night. The menu was good. The chefs need to be given credit for there work. All staff on reception were polite and helpful but Rogate was of a different level and couldn't do more for us. She is a credit to the hotel and hope the management realise this and give her a promotion. For all her information and help she provided us we will 100% return to this hotel again in the future. If you are into your fitness this is the place to visit as you get full use of the air-conditioned gym and thr facilities which are all of a very high standard. Thanks for a lovely stay and we hope to see you all again soon.

J’ai passé 2 nuits en voyage professionnel et 1 nuit en personnel. L’établissement est bien, un peu vieux mais avec un service impeccable et des employés charmants. Le buffet du petit déjeuner mérite d’être cependant amélioré

Very good facility in an excellent location. Restaurant staff have to improve on their ability to take orders. When I ordered for steamed vegetables, I received buttered vegetables. On another occasion I ordered for coffee with hot milk on the side and got served black coffee. Last morning, I ordered for 2 fried eggs well done, got served 2 eggs sunny side up wet yolk. Apart from this, the staff are generally polite and respectful Rooms are clean though the quality of furnishings is one level below Sea Cliff Hotel, is this deliberate?

We enjoyed our stay at the Serena Hotel. The lobby alone is beautiful, and a great place to sit and people-watch. There are multiple places to grab a snack or meal, including full-service restaurants as well as a sports bar and a coffee bar. The employees, from the bellhops to the waitstaff, are all phenomenal. We learned on this trip that when it comes to hospitality, Tanzanians are the best. On the morning we were to check out, our flight did not depart Dar es Salaam until midnight. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to remain in our rooms several hours after the regular checkout time, for which we were extremely grateful. We especially appreciate Rozina for making that happen! Overall, we had a great stay.
