We were warmly greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, making us feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team went the extra mile to help us register on their app as we are foreigners, ensuring we could easily access Wi-Fi and contact them if needed.
We had called ahead to request a humidifier and air purifier, and were pleased to find them already prepared in our room when we checked in. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of an electric toilet with a heated seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter season.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful and sincere in their service, always making sure we were well taken care of. We initially planned to stay from 6/12/24 to 8/12/24 but felt so at home that we decided to extend our stay for an additional two days.
A big thank you to the team at Mecure Hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Me and my Husband had agreed this is best hotel in our 17 days China trip. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future. Great job!

應該是大同新開的一個酒店，雖然是四星級的倒是硬件還是差一些吧，住了三天2晚還是不錯的。在網上聽説可以在他家看到方特的煙花，前台小哥哥聽了後幫我換了房，很感謝！還有就是早餐部的，刀削麪大哥，他真的很棒給他點贊，做的麪也很好吃！比對面麪館的好吃多了，還有就是早餐部的那幾位姐姐，服務到位！點贊呦！總體感覺比較舒服！對了，保潔部的兩位也點名表揚，收拾的很乾凈！我是1607的房客。謝謝你們啦！

前段時間去大同旅遊，下高鐵後直奔大同南站美居酒店，體驗超棒！
交通便利：從高鐵站步行幾分鐘就到，拖着行李也不累，對趕行程的人來説太友好了。
環境舒適：房間簡約又温馨，裝修風格很有格調。床鋪柔軟，衞生間乾淨無異味，住得超安心。
服務貼心：前台辦理入住快速，還主動推薦周邊美食。早餐豐富，中西餐都有，開啟活力滿滿的一天。
性價比高：價格合理，各項服務和設施都很到位，完全超出預期。下次來大同，肯定還選這兒！

美居在某住會體系裡屬於“高檔型”，可高檔的標準不應該衹有硬件（整體都還可以），軟件服務更是重要。
剛到酒店，前台一男（圖1）一女兩位都在給客人辦理入住，我排在下一位。待男生這邊辦理完看了我一眼後就去一旁指點女生，我不知是否到我了繼續在後麪排着，又等了一會兒我有點不耐煩了（辦理入住時候已經快3點了，有點累），催問“是否能辦理了”，這時黑衣服男生回答“可以辦理啊！”那我就想知道了，你看見我在排隊，上一個辦理完後不理我去一邊幹別的，非得我問你才能輪到我麼？
後來在房間外也是碰見他，説起之前詢問充電樁的事，哥們低頭看手機，全程沒抬眼看我。請問這是酒店服務人員培訓的標準麼？
還有個細節，出房間門看見一整車的歡迎水果，還以為會稍後送過來，後來發現根本沒我們的。這還分三六九等，也是第一次遇見。
最後走的時候，電梯裏遇到的工程部小夥子和前台辦理退房的幾位工作人員倒是特別有禮貌。

缺點：
1.屋內衹有一次性拖鞋，洗浴拖鞋需要和前台要，小機器人會給你送來。
2.洗澡間缺置物掛鈎或置物架，沒地方放衣服，沒有浴袍。
優點：
1.工作人員服務態度很好，讓人很舒服，走時候還送了當地伴手禮。
2.新開酒店房間安靜，整潔，乾淨，家居設計法式浪漫系，顏色柔和温馨，智能馬桶，花灑出水也很好，放心洗澡。
3.屋內冰箱送了小飲品。
4.早餐乾淨，豐富，味道也還不錯，削麪帥哥尤其表揚，服務態度特別周到。
