The hotel room is clean and spacious. Wide variety of breakfast selection and the food quality is good. Provide free fruits, snacks and drink at the lobby hall.
Most of the staff are helpful, except for an unpleasant encounter with one of the front desk male staff on the mid autumn night shift. He is the only one on night shift duty on the night of 17 Sep. He seems quite impatient and unfriendly to attend to us. The counter sells beer, we were asking him if is ok to buy the beer and have it at the lobby dining area. He didn't give a direct answer of 'No', we were confused and kept asking. But he raised his voice, which is unprofessional of a customer service staff. We were not expecting such service and attitude from a well-known hotel.
Other than that, it was a pleasant experience at the hotel and generally we are satisfied with the experience.

the bathroom door is a bit see-through, so be careful when you stay with friends
