Nivasaa - A Nature's Home

We came here for match. Stayed more than 30 persons. Nice arrangement of rooms and food. Service was very nice. Kids enjoyed a lot. More space for kids to enjoy. Mr Ravi has serviced with good care. Meals are arranged with good care, food taste was very nice.

We stayed at this resort for 9 days as part of kids game at Dehradun. We were a group of 20+ people. The stay was very nice with initial hiccup due to water issue at bathrooms. The staffs are very polite and always ready to help. The water issue was solved by them as soon as informed and available all the time. Last to mention about two dogs who is always there to guard. When we come out of tent very morning, they will come running to us to check whether all are good.

We stayed as a group of 30 + people with kids. The stay was good. Staff provided excellent service proving meals as per our request. We were assisted by Ravi and he provided us with food services outside the menu as we had 10+ kids who had to be sent for sports tournament and site seeing. They catered our different food needs

This is my third stay at Nivasaa, Very nice and calm place to visit with family and friends, in the lap of nature with fresh air, food , service and accomodation is very much improved and upto mark, i like to visit again and will highly recommend others too, my sincere wishes to Nivasaa and their team for future.

Calling this place a 'resort' will be like calling a kitten- a tiger. This place is completely inaccessible and has no rooms as shown in online photos. It is made up of tents only of fabric which they call -Quadraple room with garden view which feel extremely unsafe with the rude staff around. After we managed to reach the property, the manager, Mr. Laxman, told us with a smug that he is sorry and that he's given our Four confirmed rooms to some other guests and that he won't be able to help. And mind well, I was traveling with 8 people from Mumbai- directly from the airport. The staff had no courtesy to even offer us water or refreshments. They kept on saying we have no rooms now, so we can't help. *********** from where we had the confirmed the booking was of no help since they don't have an India customer care number. We tried calling the owner of this property, Mr. Vinayak, who is the mastermind behind the entire scam run by Laxman and co. was literally laughing at us and plainly refused to be of any help. If you book this place from *********** or makemytrip.com you are absolutely on your own and will have to find another place to stay your night since these guys take offline bookings in place of your confirmed online bookings for a little extra money. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS! If anyone want details- hit me up on mail I have complete concrete evidence of all that I have said.
