Have been staying here for 4 nights... every breakfast has been fantastic.. service level is super good especially Jenny the restaurant manager.. she is very friendly and remember us whenever we come for breakfast. She is smily and all her staff is very friendly too... the environment and ambience is very nice and comfortable... food is very good and really worth staying at this hotel!! Everyone in the hotel are very friendly n always serve with a genuine smile...

The room was compact and exactly what I wanted for 1 person. The best part is that it has no windows and I won't be awaken by the morning sun. Located in the middle of the 中央大街 provides convenience to nearby shops and cafes. The only downside is the location isn't friendly for didi to enter as it's a one way street. However, it's only about 200m away to the main driving street to hop onto your didi.

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Superb Service, Great range of amenities. Breakfast tastes great, the beef cube tastes the nicest. service provided made it feel like 5 star hotel. very accommodating, if you have needs with delivery express, you can always forward them the address and their team follow ups very quickly. great communication by the hotel team. the room is very clean and they bring fruits and pastry to your room every day. there is a also a tea break buffet from 11 to 9, great amount of selections, the hotel is a very convenient to get around by walking distance (10-15 minutes) or alternatively just order didi (cab) and it’s still cheap. very good location to get a cab from.

住了好多次的酒店，異地戀幾乎每次來都住這，位置非常好性價比一流，走路到道里菜市場、索菲亞廣場、中央大街都在十分鐘之內，房間很寬敞，整潔無異味，設施新。 今年下半年多了貓貓🥺🤲❤️兩個小寶寶🥺🤲❤️關係特別好，萌萌，貓貓的房間佈置得也很用心，每次經過都隔着玻璃互動半天感覺他們都認識我們了，下次再來會變成兩輛大橘貓嗎

the location of the hotel is fairly convenient as it is at a major interaction with McDonald at the next door. while it is not in the middle of the business or tourist street, it is not far away either and compensated by very good pricing. the highlight of the stay was the front desk staff (thank you, xiao meng), as they were very cheerful, friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a suite and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I am happy with the room. all in all, I can recommend this hotel for value and staff.

When we arrived, we didn't really get a great energy instead we were welcomed by a lady who greeted us like as though our arrival was a disappoin**ent to her. We feedback to the manager and she changed her attitude. But the experience was sort of tampered with because of that. They also have costumes below that you can wear around the lobby or even in your own room. Note that many costumes are not in good condition (Torn, Zipper not working). Overall the experience was still not too bad given its a historic hotel, and the elevator was cool.

Extremely friendly staff and helpful, room was nicely nice and facilities good. The reason for 4 star cleanliness is because one pilliow was not changed, had a slight smell and mark but overall room was clean. A shuttle bus service was arranged by hotel to the airport in the morning and even a wake up call was in place twice. Recommended hotel for overnight stay.
