All the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. If you request a buggy, it comes quickly, and towels and bottled water are provided every day. The breakfast was okay, and the dishes were cleaned promptly. I was in a 3-bedroom pool villa beachfront room, and it was nice to walk to the beach pool and the sea. However, the shower room in the ocean-side room on the 2nd floor requires a squage. There was some water from the shower on the floor, so I had to wipe it away. This is a place I want to visit again next time. Please continue to keep it clean like now.

The hotel is quite new. Great location with a pristine beach. Rooms are a bit weird. No hooks for towels, no door or curtain for the entire bathroom. Changing is a faff if you’re bot a couple. Big pool by the main hotel building, smaller pool by the beach with a great view. About a 5min walk from the main building to the beach, but the hotel has golf buggies for you. Great big rooms.

Excellent hotel and beautiful property. Staff was very nice. A good variety of food for breakfast and restaurant for lunch and dinner. They have their own umbrellas and beach chair for the beach which was great. It you want to just relax and be away from the city this is the place for you. The only thing I had an issue with was the shower water not staying hot for too long. Other than that I had an amazing stay and will be back again.

The hotel is amazing! All the facilities are modern and of the best quality one can expect. Very welcoming staff- highly recommend. We have been one of the few guests and had the beach to our own as the hotel just recently opened its first block

Excellent hotel with an amazing service, the staff were all very welcoming and nice, came to make the beds even in the evening again, breakfast was good, too. Good coffee. Clean rooms and nice pools, beds were super comfy. The only thing that I missed was a table and chairs on the balcony. View was alright. Would come back again!

This hotel is brand new and in an area that is still being developed. I enjoyed my stay here. They have an amazing beach and pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t as busy as I thought and a lot of facilities were still to be opened . I’ll definitely come back to this resort once everything is running. Breakfast was good even though, it was more ala carte( could order as much as you want though)instead of buffet style due to limited guests staying there (would’ve been wasteful). Staff did inform me it’s usually buffet. Highly recommend this place if Hoi An is too busy and overwhelming and you need a quieter place.

This resort is beyond gorgeous. The view from the beach pool is incredible looking out over the infinity pool to the beach. The grounds are kept immaculate and maintained everyday. It is about a 15 minute drive into hoi an centre, and there are free shuttles offered everyday. Although it would be great if there was another shuttle bus available in the early afternoon instead of just early morning and evening. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The new resort in Hội An exceeded expectations with its stunning architecture, lush surroundings, and impeccable service. The spacious rooms, coupled with top-notch amenities, provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. The attentive staff and delectable dining options further enhanced the overall experience, making it a standout choice for a relaxing getaway in Hội An.

Except for location is abit further, everything else is perfect.

The front of the hotel looked interesting, but think it's just unfortunate choice of colours making it looking like a US road side motel. Once on the compound the hotel looks nice and new. We stayed at the beachfront villas - hotel offered buggy service but it's also just a quick 3-5min walk to reception. Staff is by far the best value for this hotel - Sunny in particular was really friendly and helpful and helped to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible as well as offering lots of suggestions, and helping with the below incident. Interior design was perhaps the biggest failure for this hotel. It wasn't possible in the ground floor bedroom to close the curtains without having to step in the very large bathtub - not greatest for old parents (in my case) or young families that would likely stay in these ground floor bedrooms. The glasses are all unmarked, and unfortunately so well cleaned that they are extremely easy to miss. This cause an unfortunate set of events where my old parents, having arrived late from the airport, had to stand into the large bathtub to close the curtain in the bathroom since it faced directly to the front of the villa, and when he stepped out after much effort he failed to see the glass in front of the bathtub (which felt also unnecessary - upstairs bathtub was right in the middle of the room). His glasses smacked into his face into pieces - fortunately no broken glass but the frames cut his face quite badly and we were worried for concussion too. Mum also nearly worked into the kitchen glass door - it's just very difficult to tell if it's closed or not. The upstairs shower had inbuilt ledge for shower gels etc but didn't fit properly so all of them were hanging over the edge. There was a washing machine and detergent provided and a massive garden but nowhere to hang the clothes (drying cycle only gets them to warm damp). These are just the sort of things that makes the difference between a real 5 star hotel - especially given the prices I paid for - and something slightly lacking.
