Searocks Villas Exclusive Resort

This place was amazing!!! Lemons trees on the back patio and fig trees at the front. Own pool overlooking the sea very quiet,clean and very roomy! The restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was just as good anything you wanted. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Not far to the nearest village by car. Staff couldn’t do enough for you either x

Amazing location, 10’ drive from the closest beach and ( good ) taverna’s. Private pool is a pleasant luxury and the views are breathtaking. In August you need some A/C in your room. In our villa not all rooms had one, and the ceiling fans were on, most of the day, but I suppose this is only in August. There is always some wind to refresh the atmosphere. Amazing place, we might come back🤗 when the kids will be able to swim by their own and enjoy the pool.

Searocks Resort is an amazing place where you will really get the chance to relax. Villas are nice and with an amazing view. Staff is very friendly and professional, from the communication leading up to the stay and the whole way through while we were there. Food is nice, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner restaurant. Only room for improvement we noticed would be to equip the kitchen in the villa a little more. We really enjoyed our stay.

We will never return as long as the current manager George is there. Our feeling about Searocks are very mixed. Most of the employees were wonderful, especially Francesco, George, Maria and Christos from the restaurant, and Georgia from the front desk. We decided to end our Greek vacation by returning to Searocks. We had spent some time there last year and loved it, especially under the management of Christos who is no longer there. This year we reserved a different room, a junior villa with a guest house (we are a family of 5 and wanted accommodations without a basement room). We arrived to our villa and were very disappointed. The villa had an infestation of spiders. We understand that a few spiders are normal but we killed over 20 spiders within the first half hour and contributed to kill more throughout the day. Spiders were crawling everywhere including on the couch and between the sheets in the guest bedroom. I informed the front desk who came to see it and was also a bit shocked but what was going on. Underneath the beds and the kitchen cabinets there were spiders and spiderwebs. I asked to speak to the new manager, George, about changing rooms. This villa was uninhabitable. I was told that they were booked and the only thing they could do was clean the room again. We left the villa and returned a few hours later after having dinner at the restaurant that the resort covered. We were told the villa was cleaned and sprayed with pesticide to kill everything. When we looked again, there were still spider webs and spiders under the bed. I asked again to speak to the manager, George. At this point we had wasted a day of travel and it was almost 11:00 pm. He came to our villa and when I asked if there was something else available, he said he doesn’t know. I did tell him that we could not stay here for a week with the infestation and if there was nothing else available, we would need to go elsewhere and would like a refund. He had also had since 3:00 pm to see other villa availability. At this point he began to yell at me and told me he was familiar people “like me”. For reference, I am a Greek American. After yelling at me for 10 minutes he left and told me he would let me know the next day about a refund but most likely no. That evening, the air conditioner also did not work properly. The next day, the front desk girl did show us a villa next door and that was clean and we decided to move there. It did take an entire day to get it ready. The villa was clean and the same type. Please not that the bathroom in the guest house barely fits an adult and you cannot turn around in it. Last year we had a wonderful time and a great villa. This year’s experience was by far the worse I have ever been treated. Throughout the fiasco, an employee repeatedly told me that she was impressed with how I handled it and she would have definitely stayed somewhere else. Our Villa had a magnificent view of the bay from indoors as well as from the stunning swimming pool and large patio area. We were treated to the most amazing sunsets every evening. The Villa was air conditioned and was very comfortable to sleep even when it was very hot. The resort offered superb quality food and drinks and Christos and Dimitrios were superb. The entire complex is well run and well maintained. The pool was cleaned everyday and the Villa was serviced every day. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be returning in the near future. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Searocks was wonderful from start to finish! The staff are all so welcoming, friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Our villa was beautiful with the most stunning view we could never stop marvelling at! My phone is full of the most incredible sunsets. The food was delicious too. A car is definitely recommended to be able to get around, we loved the little village of Kitries, which is closest to Searocks but not walkable! Our favourite day was a drive to the very picturesque Kardamyli (on recommendation from our breakfast waitress) stumbled across a boat hire place & took ourselves out exploring for a few hours. Crystal clear sea & little hidden coves made it a magical experience that even our teen enjoyed! Most of the beaches are pebbles but it actually made a nice change to not be covered in sand! A very well organised Resort in a peaceful location with great views. Overall a very pleasant experience. Excellent accommodation, very clean, great beds, great air conditioning, lots of space and all amenities available. All people working there, extremely friendly and available always to help for anything. A great stay that we totally enjoyed.

The resort is absolutely wonderful. The communication with booking was great , the staff in the resort was great and attentive. Our villa (diamond) was amazing, big , clean , with stunning views. The only minus was a massage ...It wasn´t professional, but we were not charged and this gesture was taking lots of tension off.

This is my third stay at this beautiful, tranquil and perfect place. Perfect villas on the hillside with wildlife and amazing views. We adore this place and will be back next year. Breakfast at the hotel is lovely and very filling. There is plenty to do locally or you can lounge by the pool all day!
