Highly recommend to all visitors who will travel to Qatar! The staff are very professional, having a very customer-oriented belief that they are always helpful. For example, they would serve me a very early breakfast at 5am morning so as to facilitate me to catch up with the morning flight at 0800. The staff would ask whether I would like to have for the breakfast one night before and then, the staff would bring a decent and pre-packed breakfast to my room on time. This was really impressive to me!

I’m never found any hotel has amazing facilities like Evian spa . They have snow room and many facilities I can not remember the name . The staff was nice especially my therapist Meri / Mira I don’t memorize her name .but she so friendly and warm . She has magic hand and focus with the concern area.and only this spa I think they can make it special event set up . I will bringing my sister someday to Evian when she had birthday .

الفندق مستواه جدا جدا سيء من ناحية الاستقبال والحجوزات، انا حجزت عن طريق الفندق والاستقبال ولكن عند وصولي تفاجأت ان الغرف غير جاهزة مع العلم اني وصلت الفندق الساعه ٣:٣٠ بعد الميعاد بنص ساعه، وبقيت في الانتظار مع أطفالي لحين تحضير الغرف، وكنت قد طلبت شقة من غرفتين أخبروني بأن لا يوجد شقق كما تم الحجز وقد تفاجئت انهم اجبروني ان اخذ غرفه وليس شقه كما تم الحجز أضف الي ذلك وانه وفي حين قد جاءت اختي بعدي وطلبت شقة ووجدت، لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا اسوء تجربة لي و اسوء استقبال وتعامل قد واجهت من بين الفندق التي قد ذهبت إليها.

سعدت بالاقامة في فندق ماريوت ماركيز اشكر الاخ محمد من تركيا والمتواجد في الاستقبال على حين تعامله معي واسلوبه الرائع في الحديث وترحيبه ومساعدتي عندما سألته عن الاشتراك في بطاقة هيا اعطاني من وقته وقام بتحميل التطبيق على هاتفي شكراً اخي Muhammet و اشكر الاخ Efekan تشرفت بالتعرف عليه ولي عوده باذن الله الى الفندق

I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.

انا مقيمة في فندق ويندم اكثر من 6 اشهر حبيت اقدم الشكر والتقدير لعدة اشخاص منهم مدير عام الفندق السيد جان ل اسلوبه الراقي بالتعامل مع الضيوف ومدير الادارة الاستاذ روني ع مساعدته وتسهيل كل مايخص اقامتي هنا وحبيت اشيد ب اخلاقة العالية وكياسته بالكلام والرقي في التعامل مع ضيوف الفندق كل الاحترام والتقدير وكذلك مدام نادية مسؤولة المبيعات ع تعاملها الراقي واللطيف مع الضيوف وتقديم التسهيلات في ابرام عقود الايجار وكذلك التعامل الراقي جدااا والرائع من قبل موظفين الاستقبال اصحاب الرقي والاخلاق والذين يتكلمون اكثر من لغة لمساعدة جميع الضيوف من مختلف الجنسيات منهم ( كريم ، يوسف ،علي ، عصمان ) وكذلك كادر الهندسة والبرمجة المتعاونون جداا في تقديم التسهيلات في مجال تخصصهم منهم ( abdul mutalib engineering and ravi IT ) ولاننسى fredrick المساعد للضيوف في خدمات متنوعة وكذلك نذكر خدمات الفندق في مجال housekeeping) padam, thilina, sumith,kumar ولاننسى التعامل الرائع من قبل مسؤول الامن bakary (bakes) وكذلك التعامل الحسن من قبل valet ( ashraf and david ) كل الاحترام والتقدير للجميع من الكبير الى الصغير واتمنى لهم كل الموفقية في مجال عملهم ومن نجاح الى اخر

Great location, 3 min walk to shopping centre and metro station. Daily clean and fresh towels and all the staff were really really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, choice of 3 dishes, Arabic, continental or American with tea or coffee, freshly squeezed juice and a fruit bowl. It kept us going most of the day. The bar area recently refurbished selling all types of alcohol. 2 blocks away from the Dustin hotel with a wonderful rooftop bar. 5 min walk to beach with good facilities but costs 50 Qatary to enter.Swimming pool ok for a quick dip but no views only 4 walks .

بدايةً أود أن أتوجه بشكري إلى عائلة من الأفراد قاموا بضيافتنا على أكمل وجه, ليس مجرد موظفين محترفين وحسب. كمبينسكي ريزيدنس هو عبارة عن منزل ثاني للجميع. يتفوق على غيره من عدة نواحي أهمها العناية والضيافة الأصيلة. هذه المرة عدت للإقامة في هذا الفندق مع عائلتي بعد فترة غياب طويلة ووجدت أن جميع الموظفين يعرفوننا بالإسم ويقدمون لنا رعاية و اهتمام حقيقي لكل طلباتنا ويعلمون بكل ما نفضّله من طلبات خاصة. أشكرهم جميعاً بداية من موظفي الاستقبال وأخصّ المديرة (تشاو) وطاقم الاستقبال كله أصحاب الابتسامة الصادقة. وطاقم التنظيف الاستثنائي وخدمة الغرف المميزة وموظفي المسبح المحترفين. تمت ترقية جناحنا إلى جناح أكبر وإطلالة رائعة على المدينة والبحر. أشكركم مجدداً و إلى لقاء آخر قريب.
