Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, clean and have a very nice view. Place is rather calm, which suits me great. Food at the terrasse is really good and breakfast also was rich and varied. A positive experience in general, I recommend. One small detail, for such great rooms, it is a pity that the shower heads be of such bad quality. It would be a good idea to change them. I personally had a hard time showering every day.

Especially Mr Serge ( manager) give me a big confidence with his wonderful attitude. He knows how to please customers… he is very serious about success… also at reception Mr Cedric at reception wonderful, Mr Lionel consierge, Mr Bruno sport coach, Miss Diane at restaurant… these people are indeed special and wonderful… I will always stay here whenever i come to Douala Cameroon Pas la première fois dans cet hôtel. . si vous voulez avoir un service exceptionnel, venez dans cet hôtel. du petit-déjeuner au centre sportif, je peux donner un point culminant à cet hôtel. Surtout M. Serge (gérant) m'accorde une grande confiance avec sa merveilleuse attitude. Il sait faire plaisir aux clients… il est très sérieux au sujet du succès… aussi à la réception M. Cédric à la réception merveilleux, M. Lionel concierge, M. My stay at K Hotel was the highlight of my vacation in Douala. This was my first time at K hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel met my expectation and even surpassed it, from the customer service, to the cleanliness, to the vibe/ambiance/aesthetics/comfort, to the food- everything was exceptional. Personally, it's the first time I stay at a hotel (especially in Cameroon) and I have nothing negative to say. The lady who checked me in, I forget her name, was so lovely, polite, and welcoming. Moreover, the housekeeper assigned to my room did an excellent job. If you want the best cocktails, please ask for Michel at K-BAR not only does he make the best cocktails, he also has an amazing personality. He is one of the several reasons that I enjoyed my stay at K Hotel. I also had a welcoming and warm encounter with Pride, Emmanuel, and Steven at the front desk. Their bright smiles and willingness to help me added to the beauty of the hotel. Not to mention Cynthia, Aziz, and Joachim who were also all welcoming as well as the security personnel at the front who ensured the security and comfort of the guests 24/7. In a nutshell, my encounter with every staff at K Hotel was nothing short of excellent and wonderful. I could go on and on about my astounding experience at K Hotel. All I can say to the K Hotel management is to keep up the good work and to continue to maintain the high standard. I will definitely be back and if you are reading my review and you are still hesitant to book at K hotel, please don't be... go ahead and book, and I promise you that you won't regret it and you would 100% enjoy your stay just like I did!

My stay here was great, from the security to the reception, everything was perfect, environment is calm and of a modern stardard, great staff and cleanliness is topnotch..... This is about my 6th time in this hotel. I got a much smaller room this time. Room was clean but will be better with some renovation. I had issues with little cockroaches in the room which insecticides didn’t resolve. Breakfast options are quite limited for an international guest. Food from the menu from the menu are decent. Just had one incident when I ordered the grilled beef skewer, it arrived with the meat barely cooked. It was replaced after I brought it to the waiters attention. However, location is great and proximity to a police station gives some security assurances.
