This hotel provides an acceptable standard of accommodation and the service was generally satisfactory. There were some negative elements to our stay, however. On checking-in we were given information about the time of breakfast, which turned out to be incorrect. We arrived at 9am only to find that all hot food had been cleared away and all that was left was a small selection of cereals, cooked meat and cheeses. The following day, having established the correct time breakfast was served, we found a good selection of hot food in addition to the cold meats, cheeses etc. The other negative, which is of more concern, is that an unopened bottle of perfume (still in its plastic wrapping) in a duty free bag ‘disappeared’ from our room. Whether it was mistakenly cleared away when the room was cleaned or (hopefully not) it was ‘appropriated’ by someone I cannot say. We contacted the hotel who informed us that ‘nothing had been found’. I have travelled extensively over many years and this is the first time I have ever had anything disappear from a hotel room. I am not in the habit of leaving negative comments but I feel it is important to draw attention to my experience at this hotel.

Die Situation beim Parken und das Service bei der Rezeption waren aber schlecht. Wir wurden informiert, dass die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist, sehe Foto. Und wir haben geplant, dass wir ca. 19 Uhr sollten. Am Anreisetag Gegen 18 Uhr hat die Rezeption uns geschrieben, dass er um18:30 Uhr gehen mussten !!!!! Wir waren um 18:20 Uhr da. Es gab keinen Parkplatz für uns. Die Rezeption war nicht so freiwillig zu helfen. Er wollte nur schnell schnell Check-in fertig machen und abhauen. Das Hotel hat nur einen kleinen Parkhof für 6 Auto, sehr eng, sehe Fotos. Wir haben dann an zwei Straßen weiter vom Hotel einen Parkplatz selbe gefunden. Das Hotel hat unsere Wunsch für Eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug nicht bestanden!

I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

Es war wie immer alles perfekt. Netter Mitarbeiter an der Anmeldung. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, tolles Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, gute Pflegeprodukte. Der Saunabereich ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Im Außenpool sind wir nach der Sauna geschwommem- einfach super toll! Wunderschöne Ruhebereiche in denen die Ruhe wirklich eingehalten wird- sehr entspannend! Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Danke dafür! Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
