Hotel berhampiran Boating at Al Barsha Pond Park, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

My family had an amazing stay at Rose Park Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the Steambath & Sauna. The hotel is also near to Mashreq Metro Station and other restaurants. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Shahul, Supervisor - MMS for the birthday decoration and to the helpful room attendants Tanvir and Mubarak for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a disappointing experience with Hilton Al Habtoor Hotel. Despite being a 5-star hotel, the reception's hidden location was confusing. The on call staff responded rudely, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The valet service refused to bring my car ahead without extra payment. The concierge team were unprofessional. The pillows are not comfortable, and there is no build in noise cancellations system.

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

The hotel is close to all downtown areas and attraction, extremely clean and spacious rooms, hotel stuff are super kind and their readiness to always help is wonderful. The room has all necessities and the breakfast buffets were excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

Ia adalah pengalaman yang baik untuk tinggal di dalam kapal ini. Ia adalah kapal yang besar. Kami mendapat bilik yang sangat bagus, luas dan sejuk. Perkhidmatan yang baik dan cepat. Walau bagaimanapun, katil adalah sangat kecil untuk orang bersaiz baik. Keseluruhan kapal itu kelihatan seperti filem hollywood seram lama di mana segala-galanya ditinggalkan. My room was new renovated, all was well, check-in fast. Little complain, the drain in the shower was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, it was not my first and not my last stay.

The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
