Great location, near to many services, near to Deira City Centre Mall, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. I will look to visit this hotel again.

The service was good and because we arrived late we were offered a complimentary late check-out. The corridors were full of soiled food waste bags which could have been cleaned as it presented an unsightly first appearance. The room was decent, but the pillows were so hard, it felt like putting my head down on a rock!

Staying at IBIS DEIRA CREEKSIDE DIBAI HOTEL with friends was a highlight of our trip. The rooms offered stunning views of the city, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is fine, rooms are relatively smaller, luggage service is not there to the room so you have to carry it by yourself. No bath in room.

We managed to book a room after being stucked in the airport for more than 48hours without shower and sleep. Thank God for your hotel. It was such an amazing experience.Nice breakfast.Though the room is simple but it is more than enough for the both of us. Will definitely come back again even we visit Dubai. Good location and the price is super reasonable.

It's ok for a 3 star hotel. Location is probably the best thing about the hotel. Rooms are clean but in need of a repair and repaint. Air conditioning cannot be adjusted, so it's either freezing cold in the room or very hot if you switch it off. Breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Everything is good about this place, it’s not very costly, location is near a metro station, some good restaurants, city center and some groceries, it’s an alive place. Service is good, rooms are clean, the ac is the only issue here which is too hot, and it’s always required to be fixed, the engineer last time was making excuses that it cannot get any cooler, on a previous occasion the engineer was good.

Location is great, near to airport and metro is just about 450m away. We took metro to all the attractions in town. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
