It's quite a stylish hotel. I had been wanting to stay there for years and finally got to experience it this time. It was decent, and even though it wasn't great value for money, it was still an experience. My biggest gripe is the breakfast; it was terrible, and there wasn't even a decent coffee machine.

The hotel is a bit dated. The first room we were given had a leak. I contacted the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room.

Everything was fantastic! 👍🏻 Especially the young staff at the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming, always with bright, radiant smiles, and their service was absolutely impeccable. However, I must give a special shout-out to our Ctrip agent, Xiao Ze. He truly provided genuine 24/7 one-on-one service, helping me communicate with the hotel and ensuring anything I needed was promptly delivered to my room. Admittedly, this experience didn't provide the dedicated one-on-one butler service often found in five-star hotels back home. However, Xiao Ze truly made up for it by providing the most attentive and personalized communication. I absolutely adore our Ctrip agent, Xiao Ze!

The atmosphere is elegant and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for a short vacation or weekend getaway. The hotel features three beautiful swimming pools, each offering a relaxing environment. The service is outstanding—staff members are friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, high-end escape in Dubai.

We had a very comfortable stay. All three swimming pools were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering Chinese dishes. We also received a room upgrade. Although our booking was for two adult breakfasts, our 5-year-old child was also able to eat without any additional charge.

Excellent stay! It's reportedly one of only three Versace hotels globally. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious details truly stood out.

A bit disappointed. The room was really small, and the hotel's location is quite remote. I specifically chose it because I wanted to stay at a Versace hotel, but it looks significantly worse than the one in Macau.
