The receptionist was kind and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. They will store your luggage for you until your flight back. You can't use the elevator without a card key, so I felt at ease with the high level of security. They also clean your room every day. They provide new towels, shampoo, soap, water, etc. It's close to the metro, and you can use both the red and green lines. The shops around are loved by locals, so you can eat cheaper than in tourist areas and shop at the supermarket.

The hotel is great) A classic Dubai hotel. When checking in, the hotel went out of its way and offered early check-in) The room is clean and spacious. They always changed the water, towels, detergents and hygiene kits in the room!) The breakfast was varied and delicious) The only big minus is the presence of a club in the hotel... the music played very loudly every day until 3 am!!

It would be a good idea to replace the old facilities.

This is the only hotel in the UAE that has extra beds. It is an old hotel with outdated facilities but still sufficient. The windows cannot be opened, but it is not crowded for a family of three. It is a quarter of an hour's walk to the historical district, the Arabian Tea House, and Dubai Marina. There is valet parking service. I really want to complain about the roar of the disco downstairs until midnight!
