bad service and inconvenient location. have to grab taxi everywhere. booked same type of room as friends but al end up in totally different room

Typical and decent hotel with all expected amenities. Breakfast buffet is large, food at the pool tasty. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Family rooms are large and comfortable. Location is not great, as it’s next to a motorway and there is no place to go in the neighbourhood so it’s a taxi ride everywhere. Good to experience Dubai on budget.

Great hotel for business travellers and tourists who want to stay close to the main attractions of Dubai. Valet parking is very convenient and is free for hotel guests. Rooms are very modern and spacious, breakfast is generous and delicious. There were some minor issues with the hotel room (lights switch, cold water in the shower), but all was resolved by kind hotel staff. Will definitely recommend this property!

The entire stay was absolutely great! The staff were so welcoming and super friendly. My family enjoyed well the breakfast as the restaurant staff always make sure they meet your expectation. They have asked us for some comments on our first day and they did it applied on the second day. Love coming back to this super personalize hotel.

Прекрасная остановка в отеле на 2 суток. Номер Corner с видом на Burj Khalifa. Чистота. Отличные подушки и матрасы. Хорошие завтраки. В пешей доступности Дубаи Молл, фонтаны и башня.
