Strategic location! All staff are attentive to our question and request. They even provide free transport service pick up and drop off from train station and airport. Will definitely come back in future if visit this historical place!

Overall is average and so so. Restaurant is under renovation but did not mention during the booking.

Suited our needs. Looks like they are accustomed to having large groups. The double queen room was great for us.

We have pleasant stay at the hotel. The facilities are superb, with free self- service laundry room. Location wise, the hotel is close to many attraction places ie. the museum, Mingshashan and crescent moon, the food and convenient shops and the night market. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

The hotel location is good, right in the city center. The exterior may look like an ordinary modern Chinese hotel but the guest room interior is quite nice. Modern with lots of electrical outlets. The breakfast is simple but tastes really good. The best for this China trip for me. The hotel also has a free pickup and dropoff service from/to Dunhuang Airport and Dunhuang Railway Station. One of a few drawbacks for me is the shower room design. I mean construction wise, not decoration wise. Even though there is a circumference groove on the shower room floor to drain water, the swinging glass shower door leaves space at the bottom, causing water to spill outside and pool on the floor. The floor is marbled so it could be slippery. Another is that even though I had the hotel's WeChat account and had tried to contact them, as I thought I would be able to use the translation function on the app, I was not able to reach anyone or get any response.

Good service, quality bed, the room gets hot

The hotel is very nice. It's a new hotel with AI feeling of Xiaodu helper in the room to speak order to switch on air conditions or close/open the light/curtain. But it's sad that we can scent the smoke of the next room. That's feel so bad for sleepy and I feel a pity with the the hotel that has customers like that. how can they smoke in the room or is it natural of chinese habit? The hotel is 10 mins walk to Shazhou Night Market. Surrounded by restaurant and the bus No. 3 is in front the hotel that can go to Mingshashan so easily.

Since this is low season, hotel upgraded my room which I really appreciated. The hotel is still very new which is a good thing because the housekeeping is not very good. I stayed here for 4 nights and housekeeping never once washed the cups which I used everyday. Also after the first night, the bed wasn't even made. I had folded the comforter in half and came back to find it the same. There was dust and hair in the corner of the room by the window. Plus points - friendly helpful reception staff, very comfortable mattress, free usage of washing machine and dryer Minus points - poor housekeeping, no in room fridge, very warm room even when you turn the heater off

We stayed here for 2 nights and were happy with staff’ support. They helped us book “See Dunhuang again” performance and exchanged Alipay. Hotel is very new and good location so we could go around. Highly recommended this hotel.

春節期間過來遊玩，房費便宜，還免費升級成家庭房了。酒店還會主動聯繫接站，説實話100多元，還包接站，我都有點不好意思。 房間非常乾淨整潔，很新。空調非常暖和，有加濕器，廁所和浴室是單獨分開的，很好。 周邊吃的也非常多，網紅店城邊邊燒烤，和當地人比較有名氣的阿里巴巴燒烤。隔壁就有幾家牛肉麪，華萊士，蜜雪冰城，超市。點外賣也很方便。 出租車也很多，很方便打車，這家酒店不錯。

超級好！環境和設施都很棒，地理位置也很方便，去夜市很近，前台姐姐離店還幫忙提了行李！接送的師傅也都很和善，很推薦！住的很舒服，浴室也是恆温～好的酒店果然讓行程都很舒服

房間很大，乾淨舒適，床很舒服。外面零下10幾度，室內空調很給力，不開都可以保持22度。前台服務很好，主動聯繫接機，去西線雅丹遊玩，提醒我多帶水，告知附近誰家饢好吃。下次來，我還會選擇艾扉。
