杜拉斯這家黑店，竟然得到攜程的保護，下訂單的時候已經付了全款，到酒店後每人每晚至少要再付25歐元。而且明目張膽的説，我報價低了，要加價。19號投訴攜程，3天了，沒有任何補償。攜程已經不是曾經的攜程，連去哪兒，同程都容不下這麼***的商家。攜程竟然做他的保護傘。

Il prezzo non è quello che è stato pagato o pubblicato. Si un prezzo stabilito di 61 euro ho dovuto pagare 48 euro (tasse) in piu. Con 100 euro trovavo un posto molto meglio.
Mantenimento dei locali pessimo.
Lenzuola sporche (quando ho detto questo, e stata cambiata la camera) anche nella nuova camera, le linsuola non erano fresche di lavaggio ma non sembravano usate.
Bagni tenuti male.
Cassaforte senza pile e in ogni caso istallazione sul pannello del armadio. (Facile da portare via insieme al pannello del mobile)
Deposito Cauzionale di 100 euro.

設施破舊沒有維護，還會另外收取一個人4歐元的稅，其實我們在booking 的時候已經有繳稅了；再來，本訂單已經包含早餐，我們進入後，還來質疑我們沒有訂購早餐，來回確認很多次，飯店與這個app根本都有問題，嚴重警告不要去這個飯店，也不再使用這個app訂飯店，一個字爛

Laat ik beginnen met 1 positief punt, het hotel heeft de potentie om echt een goed hotel te zijn. Het ging al mis bij het inchecken waar wij opeens een borg van 100 euro en 24 euro aan belasting moesten betalen. Via de boeking was het bedrag rond rond de 5/6 euro. Het hotel ligt niet aan het strand, de foto’s kloppen niet, de faciliteiten zijn in zeer slechte staat. Geen wifi op de kamer. Traag en onvriendelijk personeel. Zij maakten tijdens ons verblijf veel ruzie met andere gasten. Trip.com had gebeld voor ons, maar zij namen telkens expres de telefoon niet op. Kortom, ik zou hier niet verblijven!

Dodatkowe ukryte koszty przy zakwaterowaniu, trzy razy zmieniałem pokój woda leciała z sufitu klimatyzacja w innym pokoju nie działała. Śmierdzące brudne pokoje! Nie korzystajcie z tego hotelu najgorszy w jakim byłem. Nie warty nawet 10euro!!!

The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. When we checked in, there was no hotel information given to us at all and all of the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner and checkin/ out differed on *******s website, the hotels website, and at the reception desk which was confusing. It was also said that the hotel was accessible but it is not. There was no ramp when we arrived for a wheelchair, that we needed, and then the staff put out an unsafe plank of wood which was not fit for purpose. We requested an accessible room for wheelchair when booking and had confirmed this prior to arrival with the hotel (as was not guaranteed by requesting alone) - but when we went to our room the grab rail was brokedn off the wall and left on the bathroom floor, there was not enough room in the bathroom for my sister to mive her wheelchair and to safely transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet and no shower chair/ room for her to wheel into the shower. When entering and exiting the hotel, staff did not always reciprocate a hello/ bye so this felt rude and unwelcoming.

Big surprise at arrival...! They asked for an additional 25 Euro per. person in extra fees. We denied and threatened to leave the hotel. Then it was OK to drop it...
The hotel has seen it's better days and needs a shine-up. However, we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed Durres.

Very nice, clean and big rooms, quiet og close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. They have not swimming pool or private beach. Check out is 11 am, not 8 am. Many restaurants and supermarkeds close by.

There was a front desk person and he was requesting me to pay 10 euro extra for parking when the parking it shows on ******* for free, I have 2 night to stay on that property and I bought some drinks the first night left them on the fridge for the second night and the cleaning people have cleaned all the drinks out of the refrigerator. The last thing I have to say is they were trying to make me charge 25 euro more then the price of ******* advertising. Thank you to ******* they have given me the extra money back. The shower was all mold and smells very bad.
