Stayed at the Courtyard for a 2 night stay recently. There was no hot water both nights which maintenance first stated was a boiler issue, second night I contacted the front desk again and second maintenance person confirmed my suspicions that it was in fact an issue with the bathtub faucet. I requested a change of room both nights and was told there was nothing was available and there was nothing they could do. Upon checkout there was no one around to discuss further. I recently received a call from the hotel to discuss the negative review I left with marriott, the woman who phoned said the manager would be contacting me within a couple days. I have not heard from him. This used to be a hotel that we would always stay at in Edmonton, but I would no longer recommend it based on staff being completely unhelpful. I paid over $200 a night for a hotel with no hot water and the staff didn't care.
