九州に行くと必ず立ち寄ります。大分・臼杵にある古い旅館です。ですのでちょっと迷路っぽいところもありますね。でも、何度も訪問しているので勝手知ったる我が家かな？最近は説明も何もありません(笑)。ご主人はまだお若く、お母様と一緒に切り盛りされています。特に何があるわけでもありません。観光と言っても臼杵城跡と城下町、ですが街並みを散策するにはいいところですね。おもてなし文化のある街で何度訪問しても「ただいま」と言える旅館ですね。お部屋も広々で食事もお魚や大分の郷土料理もいただけます。何と言ってもゆっくりできるのがいいですね。あ～、また行くぞ～！ですです。

Nous avons reçu une chambre pour 4 sur des fêtons très propre et très confortable. Un peu exigu pour tous les bagages lais suffisant juste pour passer une nuit d étape. L hôtel dispose d un très bon restaurant et le buffet du petit déjeuner est généreux et très diversifié. Sans doute un des meilleurs petits déjeuner dece voyage

Hotel is not the shiniest and may need some maintenance however it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Japanese dinner and breakfast were prepared with fresh ingredients and food was very delicious and generous. Bed was the most comfortable. I had a very good sleep after visiting the nearby onsen which was free to use.

素晴らしい源泉掛け流し温泉大浴場があります。トパーズ色の湯は自律神経を整え、凝りをほぐす効果があるように感じました。シングルルームは清潔で新しく、JR大在駅から徒歩で近いため、温泉目的の一人旅に最適かもしれないです。　ただ、問題がスタッフや経営陣かなと。チェックイン後に大浴場に入ろうにも、日帰り入浴者でごった返していて芋洗い状態。予定があるため翌朝に入浴しました。翌朝は入浴できることを複数回フロントに確認。　がしかし、翌朝はなぜか大浴場がClose表示で閉まっていました。他にも怒っている客達がいて、結局皆で入浴しました。やはり素晴らしい泉質に感激しました。　もう一つ、チェックイン時に住所電話番号全て記入しなくてはなりません。Trip.com等オンライン会社を通じての予約では、ホテル側は全ての情報を得ており、本来はサインのみでよいのです。というか今はほとんどそうなっています。　私には指の軽度障害があり、ヘルプマークを付けています。手が震え字が苦手なため苦痛でした。　なんとか書き終えましたが、さらなる精神的苦痛が。スタッフが声に出して、これは7ですか？3ですか？とか言いながら訂正したのです。恥ずかしめを受けたような悲しさに涙が出ました。　ヘルプマークが見えないのかと。これらは全て、スタッフに原因があるようでいて、実は経営陣の杓子定規な運営に問題があるのだと感じました。　素晴らしい源泉掛け流し大浴場を持つビジホは、実はかなり希少です。経営者の方へ。どうかお客様目線を少しでも身につけてくださいませ。
