There are a lot of bedbugs in the hotel. They bit my face, arms and legs. We didn't even notice them during the day. But we couldn't sleep at night. The administrator refused to help us.I do not recommend booking at this hotel!

This really should have been done differently. We have since compensated you. For your information, your room was completely stripped and treated by a specialist company on the same day and is expected to be ready for rental again. The night receptionist was amazing, super helpful at check in and very friendly. All the staff was amazing and our stay was really pleasant. Thanks so much

Nice hotel located in a really nice square. Everything is walkable. Hotel has everything you'd need for a nice stay, and is close to amenities

Nice tiny hotel. Nice staff and nice position (in 5-10 minutes walk to the city center) with reasonable price. There's little dirt on the blanket and bed sheet, but overall very satisfying stay. Recommend to budget traveller's.
