Did not make to the hotel due to emergency illness in our family last minutes. Entire payment was no refund, company policy they claim.

Location worked well for the night we stayed. None of the rooms had microwaves, the room appliances such as the desk and t.v. stand were dirty. The room was small but adequate, walls were dinged up. If I paid to stay at a cheap hotel, I would not complain, but I paid extra for a Hilton. Further, the parking was not advertised as a separate cost while booking on trip.com. It costs extra. Staff member was rude while checking in.

Great hotel, large rooms with the best pillows!!! Thank you for using beautiful linens in the rooms. It’s always going to be my go to for Newark transfers now. Room service was great 😍

Farther from downtown than anticipated, but that was my fault for not checking that out beforehand. Still, I used the airport shuttle to get back to the airport and from there I could get a train to downtown.

It’s at the average level. It’s far away from the airport, however if you take a taxi, it costs 6mins and 35 dollars!!!!! All the facilities are not at the expectation but the having enough space (quite big). The bed is comfortable to sleep. The toilet at the bathroom is always full of water (not dirty), it’s normal? Curious about that…… And the hotel service is also acceptable. Overall, as a Hilton hotel, it is under my expectation.

The Hilton Newark is always one of my favorite places to stay. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning person is super friendly. Our room was very clean. My only issue would be that the rooms have no microwave. The only microwave is by the front desk.

Decent airport hotel with good accommodating staff

Adequate hotel with good shuttle service to airport. Reception staff helpful with onward travel plans. Good breakfast and large room. Very disappointing to find out that the hotel had no swimming pool, despite this being advertised on the Trip.com website.

Convenient location. The hotel is a bit outdated. But it's good enough for an overnight stay before heading to Newark the following morning.

It’s a good place

My second stay here after the first in about 5 months. Again the staff was nice, room was in great condition, plenty of towels, and great shuttle service. I'd love to visit again if I have to visit Newark.

Clean and quiet

TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET TO TERMINAL AT EWR AIRPORT. SHUTTLE VAN LEFT BEFORE THE ALLOCATED TIME. HAVE TO WAIT 25 MINUTES AGAIN. SHARE SHUTTLE WITH PEOPLE WHO COME TO HOTEL JUST TO PARK THEIR CARS FOR THE AIRPORT.
