We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.

A nice excperience in the centre of Ella, chef Chamille thoughts a lot about the food and Sri Lankan culture. The food was fresh and clean. You have to help with the meal but they will help you prepare it. We saw some old Sri Lankan cooking gear wich were new to us

Situated at the downtown, clean hotel, and courteous staff. Food was good, but only downside is not naming vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes which was challenging for our family which had many vegetarians. It was a memorable stay at the beautiful Ella.

I recently stayed at the Ella Gap Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and lush greenery. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options. Overall, Ella Gap Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended!

Very good with chanuth! The food and service were very good! Nice view and when it was needed they bring the food that we liked the most, the bring us for more food. Recommend it for a future couple that would like to pass the day here at Ella! Kind regards

During my stay in Ella, I dined at Ella Gap hotel's restaurant, and was thoroughly impressed. As someone with strict pure vegetarian dietary restrictions, the restaurant catered to my needs with delicious, beautifully presented multi-course meals and a diverse breakfast buffet. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring all my dietary requirements were met. The restaurant manager, Namal, was especially helpful, assisting me in booking a day tour at a great price and regularly checking in to ensure my safety and satisfaction. As a solo female traveller, this was much appreciated help, I'm very grateful! The warm and inviting ambiance made every meal enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to vegetarians and anyone seeking top-notch service in Ella!

Our waiter Nalaka was incredible easy parking for tuk tuk great vibe and service. Lively vibe, defiantly a place to come and chill. Open air and cold cold drinks. Free wifi all you need for travelling, would highly recommend. 10/10 service.

Quiet pub with good music. Very good service from our waiter Nalaka. I recommend visiting it for the friendliness of the staff and the service they offer. Good place to eat or have a beer away from the noise of the most visited places and located in the center of the city.
