During our stay we experienced multiple problems.
1. The card reader did not work at the front desk and all my cards were denied. We had to reprocess mulitple times and finally went to another register and our card processed the payment. This we extremely embarrassing as several other people were waiting to check in. It was also uncomfortable having to reprocess so many times.
2. We paid extra for a nonsmoking room. When we arrived the room smelled strongly of smoke.
3. There was a rust problem in our room. The refrigerator, sink, and bathtub all had significant rust.
4. Our television did not work. I called the office to get help and was told to try another HDMI option. It still did not work and were not offered any other help.
5. There was a bug problem. During the morning I saw 3 large bugs run across he floor.
I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk at checkout. They apologized but refused to make any compensation for the issues.
