The check in time is 2 PM. We confirmed our checkin over a call at 11:15 AM that we will be checking in late. After reaching at 6 PM, we were alloted a regular room instead of the suite room and upon asking they realised that it was not the room we had booked. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes, the staff was busy chit chatting while ignoring us completely. When confronted, they put us into another room and then said it will just take 5 more minutes to get the room ready. After 20 minutes and no updates, we asked to see.the general manager who was suspiciously not at the property and somehow did not want to meet us that day. After 1 full hour, and 5 hours post stipulated checkin time we were alloted the room we had booked for. The rooftop bar DJ liked bass more than the baby in Salman Khan song so our room felt the vibrations disturbing us for 5 more hours.

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

This is a budget friendly hotel located near to Cochin airport. They have a very good restaurant. Food were delicious . Linens were clean. Toilets were neat and clean. Toiletries were excellent. Staff were super friendly and supportive. Shall return

Excellent location for shopping and visiting our dentist. Housekeeper (Maya/Prince) did a great job keeping our room clean & tidy (loved the towel pig with my sunglasses on). Hotel has a roof top pool, with food & drinks in the evening. Bar on first floor had delicious food (starters), which was our dinner on one night. Front of house reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office ***ager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

The room is so clean and the food was good. Overall it was a good experience.The room service was good as well. The pool was of great standard and the gym was good as well. There was a slight issue with noise from next door but when we called the reception they dealt with it expertly. Thanks Ginger for the amazing experience

We stayed here for 4 nights - First of all the availability of public transport is excellent - just one step away (50 meter) you can find the main bus stop and the metro station (named Kaloor), The famous Lulu Mall is just 3 stop away from metro. From the hotel you can reach to the Cochin International Airport by a minimum 15 dollar in Uber in 35 to 40 minutes. The breakfast is excellent with lot of Indian and western selections - all are very tasty home made food. Lunch and dinner selections also are very excellent just for 10 dollar you can have a buffet that has more than 25 selections. Rooms are very spacious with all kind of modern / daily basic required amenities. Now coming to the staff - all staff are very polite, kind and very helpful. They allowed us for a free early check in at 10AM.
