"Overall a good stay.. but trips.com should discuss with property management on room types availablility , since we blocked room with extra beds and hotel was denying to provide the same. After having 30 minutes argument , hotel agreed to provide extra bedding complimentary. Plus the glasses provided inside the rooms were not clean and bedsheets and pillow covers were also having stains. Food quality and pricing was good and we liked the food. Service staff was available to provide the services at their best."

Had a wonderful experience at Clarks Inn! The banquet arrangements were excellent and everything was managed so smoothly, making our function truly pleasant and stress-free. The rooms were neat, clean, and very comfortable, which added to the overall great stay.
A special mention to the staff for their polite and helpful behavior throughout. Manager Mr. Suraj Sharma and Mr. Vinayak Jaiswal were extremely cooperative and ensured everything was taken care of perfectly.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight – great variety and absolutely delicious!
Highly recommend Clarks Inn for both events and stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.
Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Guest UserClass, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

The hotel is located on the north side of the Khajurahosi temple complex, next to the museum. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the entrance of the West Temple Group, and six to seven minutes to the exit.
The hotel garden environment is very good, but the decoration is a bit old. The facilities in the room are relatively complete and basically in good condition, except that the toilet tank is a little leaky. The air conditioner can't hit very low temperature, but it is enough. There is no need to book a room with a temple view, because the view is not very good.
The breakfast is amazing, à la carte buffet, the best I've had in India. Freshly squeezed juice, freshly ground coffee, freshly made eggs, roast sausage, hash browns, and bread and cake baskets are all of good quality. For lunch, I ordered bacon and mushroom pasta and Caesar salad, which are also very good. The Caesar salad is the most authentic I have ever eaten in India.
The service is very good, from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, with a good attitude and quick response, trying to meet the needs of the guests.
All in all, the price of more than 600 is worth it!
