The hotel is just a few minutes from the Philharmonie U-Bahn station or just a 15 minute walk from the main station and hence very nicely located. The staff are very professional and gave me a good welcome. The room was very well-kept and for the price, a good size. Excellent WiFi coverage at good connectivity speeds. Overall, a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

L'Hotel nel complesso ha rispecchiato quanto mi aspettavo. Un grande ”Business Hotel” con prezzi buoni e qualità nella media. Ottima l'accoglienza con personale molto gentile e veloce al check-in. Parcheggio sotterraneo molto grande ad un costo onesto. Camera molto spaziosa (superior) con pulizia nella media. Finestre che non si possono aprire, ma è effettivamente scritto chiaro e tondo nella descrizione delle camere. Bagno con finestra, che pur non potendo aprirla dava luce naturale. Spazi comuni che ho trovato un pò lugubri, con i corridoi in cui le luci si accendono al passaggio. Colazione a buffet direi appena sufficiente. Praticamente di dolce solo pane e marmellata, cornetti e yoguth con cereali. Ristorante che non ho capito se non ci sia oppure se non fosse disponibile perché impegnato in cene di matrimonio. Per il tipo di soggiorno (due notti per impegno in zona) l'Hotel sarebbe anche andato più che bene, se non fosse stato per le cene di matrimonio di cui sopra. Praticamente al di là della sala colazione c'è una sorta di grande salone per cerimonie che entrambe le sere ha ospitato matrimoni. Assurdo il movimento che si veniva a creare nel piazzale antistante l'Hotel, di gente a fumare, con un vai e vieni continuo davanti alla reception. La cosa più triste però è stata l'inciviltà delle persone. Al mattino dall'ingresso del parcheggio sotterraneo fino alle porte di ingresso era un tappeto di mozziconi di sigaretta con contorno di bicchieri buttati nelle fioriere e addirittura scarpe abbandonate. Secondo il mio parere gli eventi di questo tipo dovrebbero essere o evitati, oppure meglio gestiti. Non è bello per un ospite che esce al mattino ritrovarsi nella sporcizia provocata da eventi interni all'Hotel

Glücklicherweise habe ich nur 1 Nacht in diesem ”Hotel” übernachtet. Charme 0, Qualität 0, Ambiente 0, Frühstück auf Hostel-Niveau, Pluspunkt waren die Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Unverständlich wie dieses Haus wettbewerbsfähig bleiben kann, Übernachtung mit Frühstück knapp unter 100€, sehr sportlich für das ”Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis”. Mein Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet, man konnte aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Fazit: hier hat es seit Jahren, wenn nicht Jahrzehnten keine Investitionen mehr gegeben. Plus: gute Matratze, dies muss fairerweise gesagt werden.

The hotel is dated but has in essence all you need. Nevertheless, what you pay is not worth what you get. They still navigate in that ”corona-excuses-cloud” trying to use that for every shortcoming. Lots of discussions with staff about basic no-brainer items. Not worth listing them all here as the overall experience is just annoying. Sheraton in Germany needs to get their act back together fast - that business model is likely not going to fly for long by just hiring interns, juniors and trainees (out of which some do not understand only basic German, English, Spanish, French, Italian) and asking the customer to pay a premium for such poor service. One good thing to point out: the Lounge happy hour that got moved to their Restaurant (as the Lounge is closed - Corona). Getting the building back up to speed, small refurbishment needed, and appointing a minimal level of trained staff would give a different picture.

ROLSTOELGEBRUIKER. Moderne architectuur. Voorbeeldig aangepaste kamer en badkamer voor mindervaliden. De receptionistes spraken vlot Engels. Gratis en voorbehouden parking vlak voor hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mijn echtgenote vroeg of zij niet een ‘zachtere’ matras kon krijgen (rugpijnen) en men bracht een ‘topdeckmatras’. (Dank u) Er is een bar, die blijkbaar niet veel publiek trekt. En bovendien niet direct een gezelligheid uitstraalt. Uitstekende en gratis WiFi. Aangename en bijzonder stille airco….Lang geleden dat we nog een exemplaar van het Nieuwe Testament op een hotelkamer vonden...En kon er echt geen kleine frigo op de kamer ? 4 sterren en 135 euro/nacht. Het hotel heeft ook een 'sociaal' beleid. Een aantal werknemers zijn mindervalide personen. In de omgeving is er zeker niks dat aan ‘uitgaansleven’ gekoppeld kan worden. Je moet naar het stadscentrum...10 minuten auto (zonder file) Rij naar de Kennedyplatz…(centrum)
