Big size apartment equipped with kitchen and washing machine, dryer。close to beach, enjoyed morning walk along beach.

Pool facilities where fantastic loved the pool view room we had good size veranda

Stayed for my anniversary with my partner, such a clean room comfortable bed

Service was nice, rooms were as expected, although a bit of damage on the inside, loose tiles, trip hazard but nothing that ruined the overall experience.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Smooth check in and check out. Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Ettalong Mantra is close and convenient to the local town and only a short walk or 3 min drive to Umina. Not the first time we’ve stayed and probably won’t be the last!

Check in and check out was amazing, quick and the staff were all very friendly. Bed was only a double bed not queen and linen was clean but the carpet, curtains and bathroom need replacing as looking tired. Such a shame as prime position for a weekend away.

Hotel looks a little tired. Room was fine. Appreciated the move closer to the lifts as I was on crutches with. Broken leg

Great location. Building worn. Ok for 1 night but too small for any longer. At the rate per night would have preferred to stay somewhere else. Got too hot and felt too small. Bedroom feels like a box. Shower head the worst. Staff amazing thouh

The swimming pool was too full and we could get a chance to swim . Also my sister was rushed to hospital and they didn’t let me cancel the room i paid for and i needed to leave straight away . I didn’t even stay the night , i checked in and within 5 hours . Very sad that they couldn’t refund me or charge me half a day . Overall the resort was too busy , but it very clean and the front desk ladies are friendly

You pay a premium price you expect to have half decent bedding, manchester and clean floors. What we got was like a brothal bedding was like a boomerang sheets where all stained floor looked like the kids painted a muriel with cigarette burns and the stale smell of the room. Location and pool are awesome

In the heart of town with beach across the road. Only stayed one night as on road trip

We found it nice and clean. Beautiful outlook. Just the beds were not comfortable, very hard. They need to upgrade or put mattresses toppers on them.
