Relation téléphonique catastrophique hôtel dans son jus grand besoin de rénovation, attention réservation 3lits simple on ce retrouve avec un grand lit double !

Prijs / kwaliteit was voor mij voldoende. Doucheruimte zou iets groter mogen.

La chambre été vraiment sale avec beaucoup de moisissures sur les mûres j’ai déjà beaucoup de problème de santé toute la nuit j’ai dû supporter ce calvaire en plus il avait des feuilles de tabac du vraiment n’importe quoi

le personnel est sympathique et agréable. Par contre l'hôtel est très bruyant et très mal isolé. d'un coté une route très passante et de l'autre une cité bruyante, sans compter les autres occupant de l'hôtel qui n'en on rien a cirer des autres occupants car ca parle fort dans les couloirs jusqu'à tard (1h00) et tôt (5h00). la chambre n'étais pas très propre, des cheveux long dans le lavabo, sur les parois de la douche, sur la cuvette des WC. à ce demandé si le ménage a été effectué. le pommeau et le tuyau de douche sont d'un autre temps. pas de présence de bouche trou au lavabo. pas évident pour se raser. l'hôtel n'est pas de première jeunesse et ca se voit, il y aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture. les couvres lit sont jonchés de brulures de trous de cigarette. pour un hôtel non fumeur depuis des années, ils faut pas demandé de quand date ces couvre lit!! de plus en 1 nuit, 2 alarme incendies qui se déclenchent (22h30 23h00 et en pleine nuit 3 ou 4h du matin), et au moins 15mn pour éteindre cette alarme. Autant vous dire qu'une alarme incessante à 3 ou 4h du matin et votre nuit et foutu!! Bref à ne pas recommander mais c'est dommage car il est bien placé et facile d'accès.

The room was so so bad. Everything is battered, old and rundown. Why is there an ashtray in the bathroom? You feel dirty in there Shower head was unattached, not ideal. Room was so hot, i had my window open. In the night a male woke me up trying to break in! This was around 3am. Could see his hand trying to get the window off the safety latch!! Hows he gotten in when the hotel is meant to be closed and fenced off???!! Then he was asking for money. Classic the reception was closed when woke up and left.... please save your money and book an ibis or something. Its not worth it I work away and stay in hotels all over the world, never ever had this. Thought id seen it all The staff are great, receptionist and cleaning staff i will give them their credit But its a dump

We needed accommodation for 2 nights at Evreux and chose Premiere Classe as the description made it sound like the UK's Premier Inns or Travelodges AND the price included breakfast. At around 50 euro per night it wasn't cheap but so-so. The room we were given on the first night was just awful. The heater was falling off the wall - as was the paint! The floor lino was grotty and worn. The shower didn't fit (was coming away from the wall) and leaked over the floor. The door lock was damaged and didn't even look secure. The room fittings were damaged and certainly unhygenic. Our first night stay was dreadful. On top of the c**p room, there was a group of other visitors who had no respect for other residents - staying up until nearly 3am making a lot of noise outside - including allowing their sprogs to run around yelling and bawling. There were no hotel staff around to tell them to be quiet. After complaining, staff did move us to another room for the second night. Although the decor etc, was only slighty better, the room was at least quiet so we slept okay. I have complained about this accommodation and have been promised a refund for the first nights stay but TBH, this "hotel" (really?) should be shut for refurbishment or rebuild (the concrete stairway looks to be suffering from water ingress and rod corrosion). I honestly would not recommend this as a place to stay - and on the basis of this hotel, we will be avoiding ALL Louvre Hotel Group accommodation for the foreseeable future. Just a final point though. The bedding was clean and the breakfast (self-service basic continental-style) was fine. The two staff members we saw (one in the evening and the other mornings) were friendly and helpful.

La chambre était très sale ,le sol, les mur des dégoulinure partout , la salle de bain des poils du calcaire , le lit des poil dedans , couverture trouer par des brulure de cigarettes les couture était craqué également , il fesait très froid malgré le chauffage qu’on a allumé a l arrivée, la couverture très juste pour la période , chambre qui sentait mauvais et tres mal insonorisé. A fuire si je n’avais pas eu ma fille avec moi j aurais dormi dans ma voiture. Intervenait très vite dans la chambre 21 . Date du séjour le 24/02/24

La qualité des prestations est horrible aussi bien dans les chambres que les personnes à l accueil. Pour information les petits déjeuners en semaine ne sont plus servis après 9h c est écrit en tout petit. C est un hôtel minable que je déconseille a tout le monde
