優點是房間比較大，帶一個小廳 ，有沙發和寫字枱，沙發還可以當沙發床用，有微波爐。早餐是自助，地方不大很簡單很美式，不要寄希望太高要求，但在美國普通的賓館裏還算中規中矩，價格實惠。 缺點是空調聲音略大，整體環境略有陳舊。 美國的賓館普遍沒有一次性拖鞋、牙具、燒水壺。

在這家酒店入住3天，竟然告訴説不提供房間清潔服務，一週衹有一次，可以自己到前台要fresh towel。早餐還不錯

I have an oversized vehicle so parking would have been an issue but the staff was able to solve the problem.

The room was clean and neat. No smell. Breakfast was good and quite a few options. My only issue was that the house keeper knocked on our door at 8am and when we didn’t respond he opened our door while me and my friend were asleep (both females). Check out wasn’t until noon and when we told the front desk she basically said we shoulda had our “do not disturb” sign on the door. We did not like that and our nerves were too bad to continue to rest due to our door opening while we were sleep.

The room was very subpar for Springhill suites. The property is showing its age with mostly bare walls and old furnishings. The couch, chair, and bed were all surprisingly uncomfortable. One elevator was broken from the 3 days I stayed, and the other was quite...sketchy. the a/c in the room was really noisy too. Breakfast was good, but the coffee ******

Overall, a good stay. Room was clean, receptionist/greeter at front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Only problem was the buffet breakfast. Seems like there weren't many people available to keep checking on food to ensure there was adequate eggs, sausage, waffle mix. This was President's Day Monday so probably more people staying at the hotel than on a normal Sunday-Monday stay. Also would recommend that on holidays that hours for breakfast be the same as weekend hours so that people get a little more sleep but don't miss out on breakfast. There was probably about a dozen or more guests who arrived in the dining area just after the breakfast area was cleaned up.

Room 102 was next to the Engineering Room. A loud pump ran on and off constantly. I would like a discount.

The room was very spacious and convenient for parking and access to the locations we were in town to visit. We made separate accommodations from a larger group and had no trouble getting together with them while there. A great feature for us was the covered parking; it was always easy to access and we always found a space AND kept dry when rain came.

I found the stuff to be really friendly! I also liked how clean my room was. I did opt for the room to be cleaned every other day.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable; cozy setting. However, I was there on business and spent several our at the desk. The lighting is horrible; not an ideal work environment.

Unsafe … do you believe that they don’t security cameras around and inside the property … I was with family and my room was knocked by strangers 3 times and when I asked the front desk , he said in casual way that no cameras ..

The property was clean and in very good conditions. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is located in a commercial zone with parking limited to their parking deck. I didn’t realize until after the stay that they charge $6.23 per night, plus tax, for you to park your car. Felt it was kind of a petty add on charge, plus, it would have been nice if the desk clerk had mentioned it. As for the condition and cleanliness, the hotel is in generally good condition, but our bathroom was not very clean. There was a used bar of soap complete with hair stuck to it in the shower, and the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all (we are talking urine and fecal matter stuck to the bowl). The toilet seat was a poor replacement and didn’t fit the toilet. The remote for the TV didn’t seem to be for that model TV and only had limited usable features. The volume stayed loud because it could not be adjusted, and changing channels was a process. Most functions didn’t work. The elevators were very slow and the free breakfast was limited with nowhere to sit (crowded). We’ve stayed at several Spring Hill Suites, and have had great stays, but this one was a big disappointment. For the price point, find another hotel. I wish we had.

Room/Suite was quite large and very clean. Bed was above average in comfort. TV could not be rotated adequately for viewing in sitting area and bedroom area. Coffee pot did not work in outlet provided in kitchen nook. Had to move it to another outlet on desk. Coffee made with tap water had bad taste because of bad tasting tap water. Had to use bottled water. Bath and shower were adequate. Breakfast presentation was awkward and frustrating. Furniture was the most unappealing and uncomfortable in my experience with other Marriott hotels. No impressed.
