本來這家酒店是非常滿意的，酒店很新，裝修很豪華，房間面積特別大，無論公共面積還是房間面積都是住過的酒店裡數一數二的，離遊客中心也是非常近。結果就這樣一家酒店空調居然沒有暖風，開空調不熱，問酒店説空調要11月才有暖氣，現在就是沒有暖風沒有暖氣，父母住了兩晚，硬生生凍感冒，詢問攜程也就是給這麼個回覆，真的就離譜，直到退房都沒有給到任何解決方案，住個酒店空調是沒有暖風的，沒有任何供暖設備，直接凍感冒真聞所未聞，而且還是個五星酒店，這一路過來住的小酒店都沒有這樣的，空調不是最基本的設施麼，服務也是基本沒有的，北方小酒店沒有空調人家還會提供暖氣，民宿都還有空調，住個大酒店反而這麼凍着簡直可笑，我們還在酒店吃飯消費，酒店卻讓我們就這麼冷到生病
