Estancia corta , supongo que por eso no hemos podido sacar el máximo provecho al hotel. Se ve que el hotel disfruto de mejores épocas. Nos pusieron una habitación al lado de alguna instalación porque había mucho ruido. Lo mejor la ubicación..

This hotel is in a lovely quiet location. It has great amenities including several pools and restaurants. The best thing is the staff who are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Food is good but not great. We felt they would benefit from including daily specials to boost variety. It’s worth upgrading to Preferred for the access to private pool area and restaurants. One strange thing is that despite being adults only most of the pool areas are very shallow so not suitable for swimming. We would recommend eating at the sushi bar Gotham. The chef is brilliant, very charismatic and makes some fantastic sushi. Our trip went well for 8 days but then the hotel was invaded by a massive group of Americans on a corporate reward group. This turned a hotel that was supposed to be romantic and for couples into a noisy, shindig. The noise levels increased with the alcohol consumption from late afternoon until late night. It was a very disappointing end to what had been a lovely holiday. Surely a hotel that advertises it is for couples should not be offering mass corporate stays.

We travelled as a group of 3 families in a group of 10 and were sadly really disappointed with the level of service experienced during my recent stay at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada from 23/07/2024 to 30/07/2024 and despite upgrading to the ‘preferred club’ experience unfortunately, the experience was far from a dream and was in fact totally unsatisfactory. We actually decided to book at the recommendation of our friends that we travelled with to resort, given that they had a wonderful experience staying at Dreams Playa Dorada in August 2023. We booked this holiday as a group of 3 families with 10 people arriving together in total. Had we have received a better level of service we could have been a group that would have returned every year and raved about your beautiful hotel, to all of our friends and family. Upon arrival, my family and the other two families we travelled with as a group waited for 30 minutes to check in, with no welcome or acknowledgment from the staff. This lack of hospitality set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. Additionally, despite a member of our party specifically requesting that our rooms be located next to each other, and in block 1 next to the preferred family pool back in February, our accommodations were not arranged as requested and essentially told by reception staff that they had not been able to plan for this despite our requests 5 months prior to arrival. This although a minor inconvenience caused unnecessary hassle and was dissapointing not to be in the part of the hotel our group would have made best use of proximity wise despite forward planning. Furthermore, the restaurant service at the hotel was incredibly slow. Preferred club guests are not prioritised or able to book tables for a specific time and wait times for tables were far too long, on a number of evenings we had to take our children to the buffet restaurant as they could not wait this long to eat, which meant our a la carte experience was completely diminished. We had to wait for extended periods to be seated on numerous occasions and even after being seated, again we waited for extended periods to place food orders, and the cocktails we ordered took a staggering 40 minutes to arrive from the bar located about 20 metres away. This unacceptable delay significantly impacted our dining experience and left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It was very clear to us all that the staff although working very hard which was very much appreciated they were under resourced and therefore under pressure, and this reflected in the service and manner in some cases. Moreover, the behaviour of some staff towards guests was concerning. We witnessed staff, lifeguards and guest services aggressively removing towels from sunbeds throughout the day (not just the AM) creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and ruining the feeling of the relaxation we were promised as preferred club guests. This was our second stay, our first was over Christmas in 2021. This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. We chose the all inclusive option. Reading reviews before we left about a sickness bug/food poisoning in the hotel we did consider cancelling our booking and moving to another hotel. However as this seemed to be mainly in November/December 2024, we decided to go ahead. Big mistake! Within 3 days of arriving, I was taken ill with severe diarrhoea which necessitated calling a doctor. This proved costly at €700, but I was unable to get out of bed and needed several injections before I felt better. I’m now making my first ever holiday insurance claim! I’m not sure what I had, but do know other guests were ill whilst we were there. My husband luckily was fine. Make sure you have Imodium etc available. We used the spa facilities during our stay and the massage was excellent and recommended. Our room overlooked the pool and was very quiet and clean. The staff work hard and are polite and attentive. The food is ok, but after 10 days became a bit repetitive and I was quite wary of what I ate after being unwell. We thought there should be more cleaning of tables during the meal services as people had been ill. All alcoholic drinks are very generous, although be aware there is a “top shelf” now of spirits not included in the all inclusive option! After my experience, we have decided we won’t return again and we will act on future reviews. Perhaps the management should investigate whether some deep cleaning is required after repetitive sickness over the last 4 months.

Fabulous time was had by all 16 of us. Loads of activities for young and old, you can be very active or just chill. Food was amazing, lots of choice and fresh every day, cakes, pastries and bread were delicious. Pools were clean and apart from x3 big pools, there was an Olympic size pool, a shallow pool and a splash park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned everyday, everywhere in the hotel was clean mind. Entertainment team were really good fun and evening entertainment was varied. All inclusive option really good value. Drinks were proper drinks and not watered down( like you get in some resorts) and the bar snacks available throughout the day were very good. Cake was arranged for my husband’s 60th birthday at no extra cost. Very good location, very good bus and taxi services at very reasonable prices, not far from town where good choice of bars and restaurants if needed. The staff work really hard and you get the feeling that they really enjoy their jobs which made our stay a very welcoming and relaxing one. This resort has got it very right. Thank you all so much, none of us wanted to go home 😀

Stayed for two nights whilst on vacation exploring Lanzarote, paying a pretty good price for a last-minute booking. The compact hotel is very well located near the centre of Arrecife, on the coast almost directly opposite the Castillo de San Gabriel. There is no parking available at the hotel, although there is a large public 24hr underground carpark near the Arrecife Gran Hotel about a 10-minute walk away (around 30€ for a day and a half). Check in was quick and friendly, despite a late-night arrival. My room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the back streets of Arrecife. The room was comfortable although the décor was perhaps a little old. Good WIFI, but the room had only one free power socket (as the fridge had been unplugged before I arrived). The bed was fairly comfortable, some noise from the street at night, but nothing too loud. My room didn’t have aircon, which wasn’t an issue in October, but maybe an issue in the summer? Breakfast was on the terrace at the top of the hotel giving really good views; and a good selection to food choose from. Overall, a well located hotel to explore Arrecife and the surrounding area, but given the limited facilities at the hotel and lack of parking maybe better for short stays!

It is the best hotel in which we have ever been. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Food was amazing, a lot of different tastes every day. Places for children prepared very well. Hotel is splitted into different areas. If you travel with children you get the room closly to the pool for children and playground. If you travel adults only you get the nice room close to the swimming pool for adults only. Hotel is allocated close to the beach. We would like to thank all the service teams there. Especially to Bartek, Francesca and Anas from the animation team! Thank you for amazing time spent toghether!
