New hotel very clean very quite and the room is spacious with very reasonable price compared to the great service and cleanliness of the room. The staff are exceptional they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Very kind and respectful. Many thanks Christian and the whole team there. It was such a pleasant experience for me and I highly recommend this hotel to others. I'll definitely come back again 👍🏻👍🏻

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service. However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.
