Hotel Pet Friendly di Lazio, Italy

Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

Location is good, the SIT airport bus stop just outside it. Short walking to roma termini station. Stayed in comfort room, it’s bigger size and have a separate shower and bathtub area in the bathroom. When check out, the staff auto added a service charge to the city tax, but it is actually a tips which is not mandatory. We left tips in the room so we asked them to take the service charge out

La struttura è bella, comoda da raggiungere dalla Pontina. 10 minuti dal centro di Pomezia. Siamo arrivati dopo le 23 e non sapevamo che dopo quell'ora si entra con un codice. Fortunatamente c'era un numero di telefono x assistenza che ci ha risolto il problema

Overall experience is good. The convenience distance from the train station. The staff at checking were generally helpful. The breakfast was a continental type and had an abundance of food, including fruits, too..

Perfecto hotel para una escapada de varios días en familia,muy buena limpieza y perfecta ubicación céntrica para ver muchísimas cosas con rutas a pie,destaco el poco ruido en las habitaciones(fundamental para descansar después de todo el día andando)parada de taxi en la puerta y zonas para comer con precios similares a España. El personal muy amable,el desayuno muy completo con opcion de terraza cerrada muy bonita,si volviera a Roma no me importaría repetir.

Most good about this hotel is the staff. All staffs are very friendly and good service. And the hotel location is very good. Many places are walking distance. But it was some disadvantage. Very Very noisy until midnight. There is a lot of floating population around the hotel until late at night From now on, i have something to say in this hotel. I stay in single room as i booked. But the single room has big discriminate as i think. 1. there is no fridge. when i see the other type room pictures, there is a fridge. but single room doesn't have it even in picture. 2. There is no blackout curtain. It is big private issue. As i can see the outside with this curtain, someone could see inside too. Very nervous when i sleep, when i change clothes. But when i see other type room, there is blackout curtain 3. not value of money with breakfast So everything about this hotel was good. But if i come to rome again, i will not choose this single room

Excellent base for airport-stays in Rome. Services are basic but cleanliness and breakfast (can even fill up your own croissant!) are better than anything else at that price. Best value for money in Rome.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside is no ac control at the first of May…but the same with all EU chain hotels. Brought our own fan and opened patio door…no issue. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the hotel, Ray (manager), and his support. He gave us valuable information about the area and great tips on the best places to visit in Trastevere. We’ll be back.

Spacious rooms located in a very central location n excellent soundproofing. Heating was overly warm n temperature could not be adjusted
