Hotel berhampiran Cemetery of Shen Congwen, Fenghuang

When we have arrived, the room couldn't be prepared. They said that the toilet had problems because of the previous guest, so they arranged another room for 1 night but not as the same like we ordered. It was and old facility not the modern one. But the services was excellent. They really took care of everything. I am amazed tho. The amenities was good, but please take good care of the towels. Some of them looks like used too often and not as soft as before. The place is near in the center of ancient town, just walk for 5 mins and voila..you got yourself the crowd. The night lights so amazing. So many people took photos too. At the end, this place is a good hospitality. I reccomend it.

Outstanding service! We booked less than 1 hour before we were due to arrive and the host contacted us 15 mins after to ask our arrival time at the railway station and offered us a free pickup service back to the hostel. Check in was fast and easy and the host even had already warmed our rooms up before we arrived as it was cold outside. The room was clean, tidy and the theme was very special. The view of the river was spectacular with a bathtub right by the window with the view. The shower room and toilet was right by the door and was clean and had all the basics and a good hairdryer. The toilet was a Japanese bidet. Very hygienic and fun if you have not tried one before. The location of the hostel was very good as it was right at the beginning of the tourist route along the river. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The host gave great information about the tourist area and also gave us a tourist map. Breakfast was great! Highly recommended! Very good price for the location and level of service!

The hotel is the perfect choice if you want to spend some time in Fenghuang. The rooms are very clean and with a modern design. The rooms have a balcony with a table were you have the perfect view over the river. The breakfast is chinese and western style (buns, eggs, a lot of vegetables, fruits and cakes). The guy from the front desk (Tian) and the girl who was my housekeeper (Yan) were really nice and friendly and helped me with everything I need: carrying me luggage, getting a taxi and giving me any advice I asked about my staying.

This little hotel on the banks of the river couldn't have tried harder to please, from the first moment I arrived till I left, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy and looked after. The hotel is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the river to reach the centre of the ancient town, something I think I preferred as the noise in the evenings from karaoke bars in the centre goes on till late. I was upgrade to one of the loft rooms, the bed was lovely and comfy with good linen and the walkin shower was excellent. The TV was massive and there was a lovely view of the river from the seating area. The entrance was a bit tricky to identify and hence why I have included a better photo.

Hotel ini terlalu selesa untuk didiami, hotel ini sangat menyegarkan, tenang dalam kebisingan, di hilir bandar purba, makan di sekitar juga mudah, dan lazat Haha, ada restoran di sebelahnya. Abang hotel juga sangat baik. Dia mengetahui bahawa dia sedang memandu dan membantunya menukar ke bilik yang sunyi. Pada waktu pagi, dia mengawal langsir dari jauh supaya Jing boleh berbaring dan melihat ke luar. Terlalu baik. Makanan dan permainan yang diperkenalkan oleh pembantu juga sangat terperinci, dan kedua-dua kanak-kanak dan orang tua boleh menikmati bandar purba Phoenix pada satu masa. Nisbah harga-prestasi hotel mencapai jenis rakan yang disyorkan secara aktif!

Saya melihat penilaian yang baik di Internet dan memandu terus ke hotel ini. Sebaik sahaja saya memasuki lobi, saya merasai keikhlasan dan semangat pelayan tersebut. Lobinya luas dan terang, biliknya bersih dan kemas, segala-galanya ada di tempatnya, dan anda boleh melihat bahawa bos sangat berhati-hati , Seorang yang sangat menarik. Ctrip segera membuat pesanan dan menempah hotel ini, dan adik perempuan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu telah dinaik taraf ke bilik balkoni dengan pemandangan sungai. Pemandangannya sungguh tak terkalahkan! Hotel ini terletak di kawasan hilir bandar purba, tenang di tengah-tengah, tidak jauh dari bandar purba, menikmati pemandangan di sepanjang sungai, dan mengambil gambar sepanjang jalan ke pusat bandar purba. Dan sarapan paginya sangat indah dan sihat. Walaupun satu hidangan setiap orang, kombinasi pemakanan adalah sangat khusus. Terutamanya mee nasi dia sangat sedap. Saya dan suami masing-masing akan memesan dua mangkuk. Memang sedap! Kerana pemandangan yang indah dan tempat makan dan penginapan yang selesa, kami menginap selama tiga malam. Kerana kereta rosak pada hari ketiga, kami berkomunikasi dengan syarikat penyewaan kereta dan membenarkan kami pergi ke kedai pembaikan berdekatan untuk ujian. Pemilik hotel menghantar pemandu hotel untuk membawa kami ke bengkel pada tengah hari. Saya benar-benar tersentuh dengan hidangan kakitangan yang kami makan di hotel. Bos wanita adalah seorang yang bersih, ikhlas, dan sangat bersemangat. Semasa berbual, dia tahu bahawa bos wanita itu berasal dari Fujian. Saya telah mendapat banyak kemesraan dan sentuhan dari perjalanan yang singkat, dan saya berasa hangat sepanjang perjalanan. Terima kasih kepada wanita meja depan, abang pemandu dan tuan punya atas layanan dan bantuan mesra mereka. Anda pasti akan membayar balik apabila anda datang ke Fenghuang Ancient Town. Akan tinggal di sini.

民宿設施齊全，房間裏面還有一個小陽台能看到古城部分風景，我一個人住是比較舒服的 老闆服務方面很好，有困難的地方會耐心給你解決 不好的點是我那個衞生間的下水道堵塞導致洗澡時容易積水，不過這個很好解決，希望老闆認真對待一下，避免下一個旅客遇到同一個問題

The owner was so kind to pick us up at the main entrance and escorted us and brought our luggage to the hotel. Hotel was small but cozy, and we were amazed by the spectacular view of the river and mountain background from the balcony. This place is so unique, like painting in chinese literature. At night, you can hear modern music and I like the euphoria of people singing and talking to each other up till midnight. It is such a wonderful experience staying the night in here.

Perjalanan yang tidak dapat dilupakan ke Phoenix bermula di homestay. Persekitarannya elegan dan tenang. Halaman rumah besar. Baju Miao pun ada. Anda boleh merasai adat resam tempatan. Kemudahannya lengkap. WiFi agak memuaskan. Bos sangat bersemangat. Ia adalah kali pertama melancong bersama rakan-rakan. Happy happy happy

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.
