Wonderful location in the ancient town. Very clean and comfortable room. Drinking water available in the room. Polite and very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The owner is very helpful. He help me to bring my Luggage to my room at third floor and help me wash my clothes. Ask me to drink tea. The owner and his wife had great conversation time with me and my family. The room was big and clean. Location is perfect. It is middle of fenghuang ancient town.

整體感覺很好，網上下了訂單，老闆會提前聯繫，發酒店位置停車場，停車場有工作人員指揮，停好車，會免費接送到名宿，名宿在古城中心區，很方便，走進房間，房間打掃的乾淨，被子整潔，洗漱用品齊全，空調熱水24小時。熱水出水效果很好，水壓夠大。逛街一天，洗個熱水澡，簡直完美。房間投影儀效果也不錯。很高清。百天看電視電影也不影響。總體來説，這次無意定的名宿很滿意。會推薦朋友入住。老闆是兩夫妻也很熱情！

房間環境很好，名宿在古城中心區，逛街，吃飯，都特別方便，老闆很熱情，給我們介紹古城遊玩攻略，有什麼不懂的，老闆很熱心的回答我的問題。給這次旅遊帶來不一樣的感覺，像朋友一樣。房間乾淨整潔，空調熱水，24小時服務，出水很好，水壓大。洗澡特別舒服，一天了，洗個熱水澡，很完美，躺在床上打開投影儀，是一種享受。下次來鳳凰，還住這家。寶子們可以安利。

一次意外驚喜的旅程，超乎我的想象！
考慮到經費問題，這次主打就是節約，多次比較，選擇了雲居，是因為老闆幾句話深深打動了我。這次入住雲居民宿真是意外驚喜！民宿的位置還可以（最主要適合我們這次採風的主體），步行江邊衹需幾分鐘，晚上在房間就能看到古城的燈火倒映在江面上，美得像一幅畫。
民宿整體是古色古香的木質結構，但內部裝修又融入了現代簡約風，細節處處精緻。
老闆和工作人員特別熱情！入住前就發來了詳細攻略，連小眾打卡點都標註好了。第一次入住，還送了精美的小水果；真是暖心的老闆；
我們住的江景房乾淨寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴設施也很新（熱水充足！）。最加分的是窗邊的榻榻米，白天曬太陽看江景，晚上還能邊泡澡邊欣賞夜景，浪漫值拉滿！
小驚喜：民宿還提供免費苗族服飾拍照，老闆娘親自幫忙搭配頭飾，手把手教我拍照擺POSS，給我們選景，拍的照片都特別的出片，暖心細節讓人想再來一次。
不管別人如何評價，反正來鳳凰古城我強烈推薦住這裏！性價比超高，既有家的温馨，又有星級酒店的服務。

這次到鳳凰住的體驗還是挺好的！環境蠻好，庭院裏種的各種花草，還有流水景觀 ，確實設計的不錯，老闆用心了。周邊綠植環繞，空氣清新，遠離了都市喧囂。
小木屋的風格還是挺別緻，房間裏設施齊全，床軟硬適中，個人還是偏好硬點的，躺上去舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，24小時熱水供應穩定，洗浴用品是小眾香氛品牌，味道清新好聞。房間還配備了智能投影儀，晚上能愜意地窩在床上看電影。窗外就是河邊上，景色確實可以，尤其是夜景。
總的來説，環境挺好，老闆人好，如果還來鳳凰玩兒的話，肯定還是住這裏。

這家名宿位置很好，在古城中心區，老闆提前聯繫我們，問我是開車還是高鐵，説開車，老闆加了我微信，發了酒店指定的停車場，會有車安排接送到名宿。老闆在門口等我們，給我們提行李，老闆很熱情。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，空調熱水二十小時，投影儀，飲水機應有竟有，一次性杯子，看的出老闆很貼心。這次入住很滿意。下次來鳳凰古城，還住這裏。
