The room is great and specious, just a little bit dusty in the bathroom and in the bathtub outside. The location is a bit far from heart of Fenghuang Scenic Area but still beautiful and tranquil. The staff is very helpful and advice important information.

Staff cleans the room everyday and provide new hotel slippers. Only bad thing is the aircon blows out hot air but we are too lazy to pack up and asked for room changed so we suck it up. Breakfast are mostly vegetarian with only 1 meat dish everyday.

This hotel is located at tail-end of fenghuangguzhen. Big room, 2 beds and balcony. Bathroom needs improvements. The washing basin mixer is loose and mouldy floor and corners.

Good location and nice amenities. It is nice that they have a laundry, however it is in a public toilet. Night view of the river and brudge is amazing. Also quiet and away enough fron the main tourist area thag it is not noisy at night.

Good room, good view, The staff is very friendly. The location is at the first bridge of ancient city, so It takes time to go around the city.

This little hotel on the banks of the river couldn't have tried harder to please, from the first moment I arrived till I left, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy and looked after. The hotel is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the river to reach the centre of the ancient town, something I think I preferred as the noise in the evenings from karaoke bars in the centre goes on till late. I was upgrade to one of the loft rooms, the bed was lovely and comfy with good linen and the walkin shower was excellent. The TV was massive and there was a lovely view of the river from the seating area. The entrance was a bit tricky to identify and hence why I have included a better photo.

The host was very welcoming and helpful who always had a smile on her face. The location was a little further away but we already knew this when we booked. Would recommend if you like being away from the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful hotel close to the ancient town. Good atmosphere and service was great. The staff is very helpful and will guide you on how to explore the city. The hotel staff even offered to drop us off to the bus station on the day we checked out. Will recommend!

Excellent staff and great location. The staff really went above and beyond to help. They where very friendly and even spoke a bit of English. They also upgraded me to a better room that was available at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
