Ulasan Royal Mirage Fes Hotel

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

標準的大酒店，能停車，夜裡到了方便，但設施老，吃的local，中心大游泳池，比較素，沒有特點，但踏實。

酒店房間乾淨， 衞生間大， 早餐很好吃， 品種豐富， 有現榨果汁， 有室外游泳池， 前台服務很周好， 可以介紹本地導遊。

還可以吧，歐標插座，前台沒有轉換插，要自己購買這點不是太好的體驗。電梯有點嚇人，每次總會下沉一下

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel était à l’écoute et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants autour de l’hôtel.

아주 오래된 호텔이지만 관리를 잘 한 흔적이 있습니다. 하지만 리셉션은 역시 모로코 입니다.써비스 마인드가 없다보니 손님앞에서 자기들끼리 대화하면서 짜증을 냅니다. ㅋㅋㅋ 어쩔수 없는 마인드^^ 그외는 다들 무난하게 친절하지만 방문은 꼭 안에서ㅠ잠가야 합니다. 갑자기 룸크린이 노크하자마자 바로 방문열고 들어옵니다 ~ 꼭 안에서 잠그세요 ^^ 조식은 로컬 호텔 조식 수준인데 그만그만 합니다..커피와 주스는 좋아요

酒店有非常美的游泳池，房間非常大，很舒適，而且位於新城市中心，位置非常好

立地条件がとても良く、美しく綺麗で広い部屋でした。 スタッフが優しく、親切でとても良いホテルだと思います。次は何日か連絡して、プールで遊んだり、マッサージで癒されたいです。

服務不錯，對人友善，泳池很好。

طلبت ماء ورفضو يعطوني مالم ادفع مقابل زجاجه الماء سعر الغرفه ٧٠$ لليوم ولا خدمات اصطاف غير لطيف ابدا كل مايهمهم المال ندمت على اختياري لهذا الفندق جداااااااااا سكنت في الاف الفنادق ،، كل يوم اجد الماء والقهوه والسكر في الغرفه لكن فندق لايقدم حتى زجاجه ماء واحده لايستحق الحضور اليه

We stayed at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Fès for two weeks and from the first day to the last day the customer service was superb and the staff were fantastic from the door man called Abdul Rahim who was the most kindest and humble person to Ilham who greeted us with a warm smile each morning for breakfast to the Manager Ouafae the manager who went out of her way to make sure our stay was amazing, this hotel is a must if you are travelling to Fès, their facilities are great from the gym and spa to the wonderful swimming pool area where we spent a lot of our time, the hole staff team were very respectful and tended to our every need throughout stay this hotel is now our second home and we can’t wait to come back later this year, 10/10 from me and my family

Some hits and misses at this hotel. Good location, large room and our pool facing room had a good view. Service was fine and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was acceptable with numerous food choices and regular replenishment. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was too cool to swim but the pool area looked inviting. The bathroom was tired but functional. Numerous dining options are nearby. The main shortcoming was air conditioning that just blew hot air no matter what the setting. Luckily the evenings were cool. The hotel is also a bit tired and would benefit from a sustained refurbishment program.

My stay was okay. The hotel is very outdated and tired - I imagine it was a very nice hotel a few decades ago. Room was dark and needed an upgrade. Breakfast was below average for a hotel in Morocco. The location was convenient, however I wouldn't stay here again.
