Very convenient location and well organized hotel. Given the large number of guests one misses the “family“ experience from other locations in South Tyrol Also there was no local food at breakfast or dinner (beside speck but of supermarket quality) Facility has a nice spa area, indoor and outdoor pool

Nothing to complain, everything was perfect. I want to highlight the dinner meal - it was outstanding good. The receiving area is very small and not friendly. The wellness area is equipped with a indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam sauna in good condition.

Perfect and perfect again after a year... Great hotel that deserves 5 stars *****, reception perfect, rooms tidy, modern, spacious, wellness, massages first class. Breakfast buffet, afternoon snack - I recommend traditional strudel, five-course dinner with service (in the morning you choose what you want for dinner), "Sergi" was in charge of us and we have to thank him not only for his willingness and preparation of our daughters' birthday party at dinner rich selection and the food is a truly luxurious affair. There is also a possibility to play billiards. Staff very willing.

Excellent location, well organized transfer to the cable car, well equipped hotel with pleasant wellness facilities. Great restaurant, predictable breakfast service and nice dinners. Minor remark on the pool table (too small room). Other guests couldn’t follow the rules in the wellness but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Recommended accommodation.

Comfortable room with good amount of space and nice view, very tasty food with good choice every day, variety of choices for breakfast and nice spa/swimming pool. The kids’ playground is a great place for the little ones. The position of the hotel is good both for a walk in Castelrotto and to get to Seiseralm through the lift. A nice walk and lunch on the Fiè Lake is also a lovely outdoor activity. My only downside was the strong sweat smell in the corridors/bedrooms/lifts, that we experienced for two years in a row, coming from cleaning staff. It’s really annoying as you wish and expect to go back to a good smelling room which has just been cleaned and you find this instead.

Very friendly personnel. Especially in the restaurant. Good quality of food. Varied dinner options. Good breakfast buffet. Gluten-free options. Time slots for eating could be longer, especially for dinner. Great location for mountain activities like walking, hiking, climbing. Bus stop 1 min from hotel.

the room was large. You can walk directly from the hotel into the mountains if yo like or you can take the bus that brings you to the Seiser Alm Bahn. Friendly staff and excellent food. Value for money!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti nel mese di agosto. Bella impressione iniziale. L’hotel si trova ai piedi delle Dolomiti con una bellissima vista è dotato di un grande parcheggio e la sua posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere in poco tempo molti luoghi di interesse come la cabinovia dell alpe di siusi, la val gardena ed altri bellissimi luoghi nel cuore delle Dolomiti. La hall, le camere e una parte della sala da pranzo sono stati ben ristrutturati. Il cibo è molto buono: colazione ricca sia dolce che salata. Cena con ricco buffet di insalate e verdure e 4 portate. In piu, a metà pomeriggio, veniva offerta una merenda (dolce e salata). Camere spaziose, pulite e ben insonorizzate dotate di un proprio balcone. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca forte odore di cloro nella piscina interna. Potrebbero attrezzarsi per rendere la piscina esterna riscaldata e la zona palestra potrebbe essere curata meglio. Prezzo un po’ troppo elevato. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva.

Hotel comodo alle piste, grazie ad un servizio gratuito di transfer con autobus di linea. Ottima la cucina e spa confortevole. Personale di sala gentile, ma mal organizzato per la gestione degli ospiti. Lunghe attese per ricevere le bevande e il cibo, già ordinato dal mattino. La sensazione è che manchi una regia per far fronte al numero importante di ospiti nelle sale. L’area ristorante è molto rumorosa e con temperature bollenti. Siamo stati spostati in una seconda saletta, più accogliente, ma anche questa mal insonorizzata. Le scale e i corridoi dovrebbero essere rimodernati, vista la presenza di moquette vecchia. Stanze confortevoli.

Bellissima struttura posizionata bene. Ottimi servizi, ottima cucina. Camera molto accogliente. A mio gusto letto un po’ troppo duro. Molto simpatica la merenda pomeridiana offerta. Staff professionale, cena con 4 portate + buffet squisiti.

Hotel molto bello a 5 minuti di bus dalla cabinovia per l'Alpe di Siusi. Camera spaziosa e pulita con un bel bagno grande. Ottima la colazione e la cena, con buona scelta dei piatti. Personale di sala molto gentile e presente. Bella la spa. Unica pecca, anche se non ci sono stati problemi, il deposito sci/scarponi non custodito.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sowohl umfangreichem Frückstücksbuffet als auch sehr leckerem 4-Gang-Menü + Salatbuffet. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und das Badezimmer hat genügend Platz um etwas abzustellen. Personal sehr nett, Rezeption und unsere Bedienung Igor (zuvorkommend/unaufdringlich) trotz vollbesetztem Speisesaal. Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor dem Haus und in der Gästekarte inkludiert. Fazit: wunderschöne Gegend, Blick auf den Schlern, schönem Hotel - wir werden noch mal wiederkommen.

Ottimo Hotel, personale gentile, ottima colazione e cena, camere confortevoli e pulite e Spa con tutto il necessario, posizione comoda alle principali attrattive della zona e con un ottima visuale, sicuramente da tenerne conto per un soggiorno anche in famiglia.
