A gorgeous little boutique hotel with exceptional service. The breakfast was not in the hotel itself but at a restaurant around the corner. It was a short walk down to the water, but steep back uphill! Close to public transport stops and relatively easy walk to the Taksim Square shopping area.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because the hotel is in the city so it's easy to walk to many places. And the service is good because all the staff are kind and always smiling:) The hotel and room are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Очень красивый и чистый отель, милые ребята на ресепшен помогли и все рассказали, дали номер с видом на башню Галата.

工作人員很熱情，特別是戴眼鏡的帥氣小胖哥，熱情講解附近景點，並給出路線。加錢升級了房型，很不錯，能看到加拉塔，而且離得很近。情人節還送了香檳，很驚喜。在伊斯坦堡旅行，可以選這家酒店。

設施：酒店是為數不多在老城區還有電梯的，房間很大，有一個大陽台和廚房，而且有歡迎點心和紅酒。 衞生：非常乾淨，酒店清潔態度很好 環境：出門一分鐘就到加拉塔，旁邊的咖啡和餐廳數不勝數。 服務：前台的服務非常棒，會提供一切你需要的服務。態度比五星級連鎖酒店好

超滿意，位置絕佳，出門不超過二十步就可以走到加拉塔熱鬧的那條街，並且不在那條街上又很安靜，值得一誇的是前台一個白白瘦瘦很年輕戴眼鏡的小哥哥，不厭其煩的給我介紹旅行的攻略，他推薦的一個在海邊的清真寺拍照好美，回來拿寄存在前台行李的時候想當面向他道謝，可惜換班沒看到他

除了貴，沒什麼毛病，地理位置很好，加拉塔就在旁邊，房間乾淨，大小肯定比不了國內

The apartment is located in close proximity to Galata Tower, very cosy and comfortable, clean and warm. Despite the touristy place, it is quiet enough. There are basic kitchen utensils: kettle, coffee machine, cooker, fridge. There is a MigrosJet nearby and other shops with fresh food in case you would like to cook. Very comfortable bed and quality linen. Nice is attention to detail, such as the availability of umbrellas. The reception desk is working, the staff are always very warmly welcoming and were in touch via email and whatsapp before arrival. This is also where you can make coffee and leave your luggage after check out. Close to Galata bridge, Istiklal and public transport (10-15 minutes), but instead of walking uphill from the bridge I would recommend taking the funicular as the height difference is noticeable. What could be improved - the lighting is adequate and quiet, but I prefer brighter one. There is a coffee machine in the apartment but capsules seem to be included in the minibar, although a few a day could be offered to guests at no extra cost. Didn't feel like leaving. If we get the chance to visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here.
