Absolutely outstanding! Location, staff (it feels rude calling them that as they were just so wonderful), food and drink.. everything was just brilliant. We asked for firmer pillows and got them straight away. Asked where we could buy a charging plug adapter and they let us borrow one for free. They were so lovely and helpful. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for the train station and skiing. Swimming pool and steam room was a nice bonus. It is expensive, especially the cocktails but so is everywhere up in the alps! Possibly one thing that would have been better is to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room. But I've got to say this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
